contacts and learn about the host business. Bring lots of business cards and enjoy the evening.

Entrance fee is $5 for Chamber Members. An annual BAH pass is $35. Members can invite non-members who are interested in pursuing Chamber membership and can be guest to a BAH by calling the Chamber.

Events

23rd Annual Chippewa Valley Rally Wednesday, January 25, 2017 Park Inn & Wisconsin State Capitol

Organized by the Chippewa Valley Chamber Alliance, including the Chippewa Falls, Eau Claire and Menomonie Chambers of Commerce

Help us bring the Chippewa Valley's voice to Madison. This one-day event is jointly sponsored by the Chippewa Falls, Menomonie and Eau Claire Chambers of Commerce. We'll be there to bring our region's important economic, education and infrastructure issues to the attention of state government. You'll participate in pre-scheduled small group meetings with legislators and their aides, an exclusive luncheon with the Governor (invited), meetings with top state officials, an informal closing reception and more. Everything is taken care of, including charter bus transportation to and from Madison (or you can travel on your own if you prefer).

Please join YP for an opportunity to understand and impact government policies. This is a 3 session event where we will learn about advocacy and collaboration, as well as becoming educated on our Federal, State and local government and policies. This is a non-partisan. You must attend all three sessions, limited space available. Attendees will also get $30 off their registration fee for the Chippewa Valley Rally, should they choose to attend.

Home Oasis Pools and Spa has moved locations, they are now at 11293 Cty Hwy X, Chippewa Falls. Fries Financial Group - Raymond James announced that Timothy Fries was recently named a member of the 2017 Leaders Council which is an honor to advisors who have demonstrated an extremely high level of commitment to clients. Michael F. Shillin was named a member of the 2017 Executive Council. River Country Co-op announced that they have acquired three new stores from Ron McGill. The gas/convenience stores are located in New Auburn, Prairie Farm and Gilman.

Gordy’s Market announced that Jeff Schafer, President, and Rick Schafer, Vice President of Facilities, are retiring. David Schafer, Gordy’s Market Chief Financial Officer will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer. Jenna Schafer, Gordy’s Market Vice President of Information Technology and Human Resources will now serve as Chief Information Officer. HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital announced that Joan Coffman, CEO, has been appointed by Governor Scott Walker to serve as the Wisconsin Hospital Association representative to the Governor’s task force on opioid abuse.
