weddings.Weregretthatwedonotoffertrestletablesatweddings.• Thevenuehasapodium,microphone,soundsystemandlaptopprojectionavailable

• Asweofferabuffet,norequestwillbeconsideredto“take-away”whatevermaybeleftonthebuffet.

• ThehotelendeavourstostartsettinguptheReceptionvenueafewdayspriortothewedding.Shouldthebridalcoupleprefertoutilizetheirowntablecloths,serviettesand/orrunnerswhichcoverthetable,pleaseensurethattheyarereceivedbythehotel5dayspriortothewedding.

• Thevenue,inmostcases,willbeavailabletothebridalcoupleandserviceproviderstofinalizedécor,fromtwodayspriortothewedding.Thisneeds` tobeconfirmedwithourBanquetingCo-ordinatorwellinadvance.

• Placingofallextra’ssuchastiebacks,centretablearrangements,giftsetc.aretheresponsibilityofthebridalcouple.

broughttothechapelorweddingreceptionvenue.Allcateringwillbeprovidedbythehotelandchargedforaccordingly.

• Whenplanningyourwedding,pleasetakeanyofyourserviceprovidersintoaccountwhomaybe

beadvisedshouldthenoiselevelbetooloud.However,shouldtheabovenotbeadheredto,youwillberequiredtoswitchoffthemusicorvacatethevenue.

DrapingandDécor:

• Forsafetyreasons,pleasenotethatnodrapingisallowedoveranylightsi.e.thespotlightsonthesidewallsnormayanylightsordrapingbeattachedinanywaytothecentralchandeliers.Thisisstrictlyenforced.

WeddingBookingsandCancellations:
