We have the tendency to label or name things as bad or good. Many times, those that we label bad, put us in a bad state when it comes to performing on the field. It ‘s important to recognize that anything that happens to you is an experience, a situation, and you have the power to DECIDE if you label it and how you label it.

Examples:- I missed the PK in the final; this is BAD because we lost. - I got nervous during my trial; this is BAD because I didn’t play well.- Opponent red card; this is GOOD because they have 1 man down.- It’s hot today; this is GOOD because the other team isn’t use to it.

Exercise: Giving it labelsNow, with the same examples, you will change them from bad to good or good to bad. It is important that whatever you write is something you feel comfortable believing.
