I have compiled a pretty extensive list of all of the ways I love to use my

Kangen Water.

When we purchased our machine, we had no idea just how many different

functions it was capable of producing and since implementing all of the

following uses, our machine has increased in personal value more than

we could have ever imagined. Not only do we reduce waste by never

purchasing bottled water, but we are constantly improving my health by

using and drinking this healing water.

Health, sustainability, and abundance.

Kangen Water ranges f rom 2.5 (strong acidic) water to 11.5 (strong

alkaline) water. Each pH contains it’s own unique properties responsible

for producing different reactions in the body, on surfaces and just about

anywhere else you could think to use this water.

There are over 100 different ways you can use, treat, spray and drink this

water, but here are just a few of my favorite ways to use my Kangen

Water…

Skin Condition Remedies

Acne

Cleanse with non-soap cleanser and pH 4-6 Mild Acidic Water.

With a cotton swab dab 2.5 Strong Acid Water on any broken

skin. Tone with 5.5 Beauty Water in a glass bottle with a f ine

spray mister. Repeat morning and bedtime. Tone multiple times

per day to keep skin hydrated.

Eczema and Psoriasis

Cleanse with non-soap cleanser and pH 4-6 Mild Acidic Water. With a cotton swab dab 2.5 Strong Acid Water on

any broken skin. Tone with 5.5 Beauty Water in a glass bottle with a fine spray mister. Repeat morning and bedtime.

Tone multiple times per day to keep skin hydrated.

Rashes or Burns

Cleanse with non-soap cleanser and pH 4-5 Mild Acidic Water. With a cotton swab dab 2.5 Strong Acid Water on

any broken skin. Tone with pH 4-6 Mild Acidic Water in a glass bottle with a fine spray mister. Repeat morning and

bedtime. Tone multiple times per day to keep skin hydrated.

Diaper Rash

Cleanse with non-soap cleanser and pH 4-5 Mild Acidic Water & pat

dry. With a cotton swab dab 2.5 Strong Acid Water on any broken

skin and let dry. Hydrate the skin with pH 4-6 Mild Acidic Water in a

glass bottle with a fine spray mist setting. Repeat after each diaper

change. Diaper rash begins with urine and feces that are too acidic.

To prevent diaper rash begin by making certain that your baby is

properly hydrated with pH 8.5-9.5 Alkaline Drinking Water. Next re-

place baby wipes with a container f illed with soft cloths or un-

bleached paper towels and Mild Acidic Water. Use to cleanse diaper

area each time you change your baby, pat dry and then apply a very

fine mist to the skin. This assists in keeping the pH of the skin bal-

anced.

Use clean water when taking prescription drugs. These drugs are made to release

over time; most medicines should not be absorbed by your body, but rather

eliminated through urine.

That’s why DON’T take medications with water with micro molecules because the

drugs will taken quickly to the body’s cellular level, making medicines hyper-efficient. When you are taking

pharmaceutical drugs, drink Kangen water no longer than 15-20 minutes before taking the medication. Use

clean water to take the pills and wait for at least 30 minutes after medications before you begin to enjoy

Kangen water again. Use clean water when ready formulas for powdered milk for children.

Baby Formula

Use Clean Water — not tap or bottled — to prepare liquid-concentrate or

powdered formula. Free of chlorine, rust and cloudiness, Clean Water is

delicious drinking water with conf idence your baby is drinking only the best.

Baby’s Sippy Cup

Confident your child will be drinking water that is f ree of chlorine, rust and cloudiness.

Medications

Neutral water is delicious drinking water that is easily absorbed by your

body. Take your medicine with this water.

Clean Water 7.0 pH

Kills All Microbes

Soak all f ruits, vegetables and meats for at least 5 minutes to clean. Rinse off to

ensure all pesticides and herbicides are washed off safely. Will kill all MRSA and

infections.

Disinfectant

Strong disinfection clean for all:

Kitchen appliances

Cutting boards

Dishcloths and towels

Kitchen utensils and cooking knives

All counter tops (kitchen to bathroom)

Dishwasher rinse

Deep oil and tough grime f rom vents

Bathroom tubs, showers and sinks

Deep clean for floors

Toothbrushes

Hair brushes

Pet dishes and bowls

Pet paw soak for cuts, scrapes and hot spots

And so much more.

Anti-Bacterial Soap

Use in place of anti-bacteria soap and hand sanitizers.

Hard Water / Rust

Clean hard water spots off of chrome and rust off of metal.

Facial List

Spray face and neck (ensure to avoid your eyes) and rub skin upward until dry. Finish with Beauty Water to

tone the skin.

Nail Fungus

Spray twice a day or soak.

Strong Acidic Water 2.5 pH

Sore Throat / Strep Throat / Cough

Gargle 3-4 times per day or put in spray bottle and gently stray into the throat.

Poison Ivy

Spray on infected area as often as needed. Will slow down itching and dry up

poison ivy much quicker.

Blisters / Mouth Sores / Cold Sores

Spray on gargle to dry up both and relive pain.

Moles / Warts

If you see something abnormal on your skin you may want to soak a gauze pad on a band ai with the 2.5 pH

water and apply over the area. Change the band aid at least once a day. Often

this process requires 30-60 days before seeing results.

Infected Sinuses

Spray in nose two times a day for 2 days. Wait 2 minutes, then f lush with 11.5 pH

water.

Resolve Periodontal Disease / Thrush & Prevent

Root Canal

Gargle and spit for one minute and then rinse with 9.5 pH water for 30 seconds to restore the natural pH. This

procedure will prevent or resolve periodontal disease, thrush, and avoid root canals.

Vomiting

To assist with ease of vomiting, take 1-2 tbsp.

Pink Eye

Spray / put drops in several times a day n the infected eye and will clear up.

Open Wounds / Burns / Infections / Stops Bleeding / Kills Candida

Kills bacteria and pathogens. Use on cuts, scrapes to help stop bleeding. Clean twice daily until healed. Do not

use any other ointments as they only attract microbes by keeping he area moist and sticky.

Beauty Water

Facial Soap

Wash twice per day, spay after cleaning as toner.

Hair Conditioner

Spray hair after shampooing as will condition the

hair. Try not to use conditioner of any kind as this coats the hair. To use

a detangler, place water in spray bottle and spray to area.

Skin Toner

Use as f inal rinse in shower o bath to tone and firm skin.

Pet Care

Bath pets for a more lustrous coat. Perfect for pets that have skin conditions or sensitive

skin.

Plants

Water indoor and outdoor plants for vigorous growth. Can revive some dying plants.

Cooking

Best for cooking pasta and eggs (easy shell peel)

Freezing Food

Spray on foods before f reezing including fish and shrimp so hat foods do not

loose their flavor.

Anthocyanin

Wash and prepare f ruits ad vegetables containing anthocyanin; plums, grapes, cherries, strawberries, red

cabbage, egg plant, soy beans, asparagus, etc.

Fabric Softener

Add 8-10 cups in rinse cycle to soften clothes chemical f ree.

Prescription Glasses / Sunglasses

Clean lenses and removes residue for clarity.

Replace Windex

Place in spray bottle to clean all window, glass and mirrors.

Hardwood Flooring / Tile

For polishing and housecleaning: Hardwood f loors, ceramic tiles, laminate, etc.

4.5–

6.0 pH

Drinking Water

The best containers for storing ionized alkaline water are glass cups or mason jars,

BPA-f ree plastic containers or vacuum-sealed stainless steel bottles. Fill the container

to the very top, which prevents the water's exposure to air.

Soups & Stews

Cook all soups and stews with 9.5 pH.

Stir Fry

Cook with 9.5 pH to steam.

Hunger Pains / Weight Loss

Drink one glass of Kangen water and then wait 30 minutes. Most people are so dehydrated and their thirst

mechanism is so weak that they think they are hungry.

Gray Hairs

Some individuals s have shared that their gray hairs reduced and returned to their natural color.

Eye Vision

Some individuals have shared that their eyes improved.

Spider Veins

Over time of drinking Kangen Water, cells repair and spider veins can improve.

Aroma Therapy

Put any herb (like lavender) in a spray bottle filled with Kangen Water let set for a couple of hours and use as

a spritzer in your house for aroma therapy and as an air f reshener.

Kangen Water

Eye Wash

Rinse eyes with an eye cup. Upon removing the eye cup f rom its packaging, soak in

Strong Acid Water (pH 2.5) for 1-2 minutes to clean and disinfect. Rinse the eye cup

thoroughly with Strong Alkaline Water (pH 11.5) Fill the cup, following package

directions, with Strong Alkaline Water (pH 11.5) Place cup f irmly around one eye,

keeping your eye open, tilt your head back and gently roll your eye as though you were

attempting to look up, down, and f rom side to side. Continue this for approximately 1 minute. Now that you

have completed one eye, toss the water away. Rinse the eye cup thoroughly with Strong Acid Water (pH 2.5)

Repeat steps for your other eye. To maintain healthy eyes follow this protocol 1-3 times per week. When

working to improve any eye condition, follow this protocol at least 2 times daily and up to 10 times per day.

Allergies, Cold Symptoms and Snoring

Use as a nasal wash when sinuses are plugged. Due to the reduction in inflammation of nasal passages this

technique can also reduce snoring!

Bug Spray Repellent, Sunburn, Pain, Bug Bites,

Swelling

pray or soak areas with towel soaked in 11.5 and keep wet by adding small

amounts of 11.5 to the towel for a minimum of 30 minutes twice a day...better if

one hour twice daily.

Heat Burn, Indigestion, Food Poisoning, Stomach Flu

For Adult—Drink ¼ cup FRESH 11.5 immediately followed by 25 ounces of 9.5 then do not eat or drink any-

thing for 45 minutes. Repeat the next day only if necessary. Dose would vary on age and weight

Arthritis, Gout, Muscle Soreness or Tissue Injuries

Since high alkalinity draws out acids, you can utilize 11.5 to soak in to “pull out” acids associated with

inf lammation, injury and pain.

Chemotherapy

Drink the water with chemotherapy. The benefits are that side effects are lessened, it reverses metabolic

acidosis, and the antioxidants are good for any point on chemo. Put 11.5 pH on the skin twice a day for burns

f rom chemo.

Fruits and Vegetables

Soak for a minimum of 5 minutes to clean off pesticides and herbicides.

Foot Soak

Soak feet for 20 minutes once a week to help the detoxification process of the

body.

Strong Kangen Water 11.5 pH

Laundry Soap

Add 1/2 cup of Strong Alkaline Water to your laundry detergent to cut the amount

of detergent use in half. Works beautifully for greasy smells like Fast-food

Restaurant work clothes.

Stains on Clothes, Rugs, and Carpets

Use as a degreaser for any type of cleaning. Clean oil based stains by soaking the

area and letting sit for 10 to 20 minutes and then blot out of carpets and wash if laundry stain.

Clean Oven, Clogged Sinks & Tubs—Replaces 409 Cleaner & Drano

Clean with a scratch pad. Replaces 409 cleaner when dissolving grease and grime in kitchen. Use instead of

Drano or other chemicals for clogged sinks and bathtubs.

Goo Gone

Removes greasy, gooey, gummy, sticky problems.

Seed Germination / Sprouting Accelerator

Soak seeds in water for one hour. Also can spray your

wilting plats to give them extra hydration and retention of

water.

Toilet Bowl Cleaner

Great on the environment—successfully remove all stains f rom your toilet bowl. Also disinfects in the

process.

Meats

Soak all for 5 to 10 minutes for cleaning and tenderizing.
