7.1.3 The certified person has to inform the certification body of matters that can affect the capability of the certified person to perform the job (physical or mental capability) – this duty of the certified person shall be part of enforceable arrangements.

7.2 Information upon request: if an individual holds a current, valid certificate / scope of certification (depending on legal restrictions)Information publicly available without request: scope of certification and general description, list of all pre-requisites of the scheme.
