CHANGING MOULDS & DESCRIPTION

Tamper Lever

Mould box

Wooden Board

Push down tamper lever. Tamper will lift. Put a wooden board on mould box.

Loosen all the bolts indicated in the images with a 19mm spanner.

Remove Shafts (move it upwards)Tamper and mould box should be loose and can be taken out.

Place new mould box in the machine.

Place wooden board on top of the mould box.

Place tamper on top the wooden board.

Align tamper and mould box with shaft holes. Replace shafts.

Tighten all the bolts with a 19mm spanner.Push down tamper lever. Tamper will lift. Remove wooden board.
