Open the organizer...
Click on the organizer in the top right-hand side of the elements editor to open.

Select the Photo you want to edit...
The blue bar indicates it has been selected.
Option 1: Right click and select adjust date and time...

Option 2: Edit>Adjust date and time...
A dialouge box will appear...
1: Custom Change. Use to input the time yourself.2: Change to match files time and not photos. 3: Change time zone. Change if camera timezone was not adjusted for photo (like vacations).
