Time Activity Expectations Chaperone’s involved6:30-7:25 Preparing for
Departure Luggage should be left at the front of school inside
near elevator and pick up dismissal area. Select students will bring luggage to the recess area and load them on the bus when it arrives.
Girls & Boys Will grab breakfast from Caf and head to Girls Room 201: Boys Room 205
Students can talk. Stayback students will go to scheduled breakfast
rooms. Students will line-up and exit the side door to head
to recess yard by partner and enter the bus. Leo: Will check in on the bus and grab nurse bag Students should go to the bathroom at this
time/Expectations for the bus ride will be discussed Teachers may load personal items on bus back,

1st 20 minutes are silent Boys will file in first and sit at back of the bus then
girls silently If it gets too loud students will be shut down-they
may only talk to their partners (not across, behind, or in front of isles)

After tour we will load bus for a quick drive to Geno’s. The bus will take us to the corner and chaperones can take kids across the street to the park.
Students can chill, play Frisbee, football, chaperones feel free to lead a game or relax
Ramsey: Will tell the students that we are heading to a park and that there is free time. Expectations: Be INCLUSIVE!

1:45-2:30ish Rocky Steps Tell students about Rocky Steps (they should have seen the movie on the bus to prep them for this moment)
Ramsey & Leo-model the run up the steps first so there is teacher back-up at the top. Teachers below send kids in groups 8-10 to run up.
Tell them they are allowed to run up the steps and stand at Rocky’s foot prints. Kids can stop for pictures and take pictures with the Rocky Statue and enjoy the view!
Noise Level-regular voice. While they can run they definitely shouldn’t scream and they need to watch for people-this is an active museum.

All other teachers on the bottom of steps. Send kids in small groups at a time.

We will divide into groups on the bus. Adults need to stay with students in stores at all
times! You MUST be able to see the students-DO NOT say we’ll meet back at a certain time and let them wander off by themselves!!!!
Students are responsible for their own money. If it is lost or stolen it is not going to be our responsibility.
Be back at meeting point by 5:30!
