Going down this route means you outsource all the stress andhassle of managing your property to a team of experts who thriveon it! You basically hand over the keys and we do the rest – giving you peace of mind and security over your investment, aswell as ongoing support, advice and protection (and no 3amwake up calls!).

LET ONLY SERVICEIf you are worried about making sure you are protected legallyfrom lease documentation to legislative compliance, but you areconfident you can deal with ongoing maintenance/tenancyissues, then you may wish to use our Let Only service.

This service offers you advice on compliance, ensures optimum market rent is achieved, finds and references your tenants and offers the security of protection through compliantdocumentation.

MARKETING ONLY SERVICEYou may be more than happy to carry out every element of letting out your property – from viewings to compliance, to leases, management and maintenance...however, you may wishto reach a wider pool of tenants above and beyond those whichclassified ad sites have to offer.

The more targeted and professional portal sites are subscriptionbased, but we are happy to use our portals to advertise yourproperty on your behalf and field all enquiries directly to you toaction accordingly.

VOID MANAGEMENTAre you concerned about a property you own lying empty for alength of time? Perhaps you live at an inconvenient distance,abroad or don’t have any relatives nearby who can periodicallycheck up on it. Does your insurance policy stipulate regularinspections?

With our specially created Void Management service we checkyour empty property, forward post, run all the taps and check forleaks and damage on a fortnightly basis.

In over 40 languages our tenants caneasily and accurately report their maintenance issues which wedeal with promptly to avoid unnecessary deterioration. On top ofthis we also have a 24/7 emergency number for ‘out of hours’peace of mind.

A benefit of our ‘Full Management Contract’ is the automaticenrolment onto our Initial Response service. This has the dualbenefit of keeping your costs down as a Landlord and keepingyour tenants happy!
