Any Enterprise can achieve good Maturity level in its IT

operation and services if they have the following

1. The clear mission and vision that adopt ICT as success

factor

2. Management support and commitment to the Enterprise

on structure and organi)ation. Two definitions are given *elow

The organi)ing logic for *usiness processes and ITinfrastructure reflecting the integration and standardi)ation

A conceptual *lueprint that defines the structure andoperation of an organi)ation. The intent of an enterprise
