Being the Chief Executive functioning officer, delegated powers to take important decisions in the policy matters, who also is vested with the disciplinary/ appellate and suo motto powers.

Director (IT)
Co-ordinates with in administrative control of the Hon’ble Managing Director and also oversees the Stat, Mechanical, Environment Systems Department, Pollution control, Traffic operations, Estate and Civil Engineering Department of the Corporation.
Has powers to take important decisions in the organization’s Information Technology and other departments functioning under him
3. Dr. K Arun IPS
Director (S&V)
Co-ordinates with in administrative control of the Hon’ble Managing Director and also oversees the Security and Vigilance aspects of the Corporation, Line Checking, Law, Administration, Public Relations, Labour & welfare, Human Resource Department, Store and Medical Department of the Corporation.
Has powers to take important decisions in the organization’s security aspects and other departments functioning under him and also delegated as the one having appellate authority.
