JOINTS AND MUSCLES
The joints and muscles are the main structures in the
human mobility. Joints are the lever that joins two bones while
the muscles are the motor that mobilize the bones. In infants,
movements begin by crawling, standing, walking, running and
climbing. All these movements need skilled and perfect
muscles and joints coordination.
Muscle covers most part of the body. It functions to
move joints, shapes the body and covers the structures and
organs underneath it.
Joint is a lever extending and shortening the upper and
lower parts and the spine. Without joints, man cannot move.Generally, joints act to build the human structure, give
flexibility and strengthen bones.
