Goal setting is a process that can help provide guidance to improve yourself. It is a simple process, but one that has excellent potential to help you achieve new levels of accomplishment.
Goal setting does not just apply to personal fitness. The process applies to all aspects of your life. Specific steps are presented that will help you become a proficient goal setter.
