TSUNAMI SWIM TEAMCharles River YMCA Tsunami Pre-Season will begin September 13th. Never swam with the Tsunami before? Assessments will take place August 17th – August 21st from 12:00-1:00 pm, and September 7th from 6:30-7:30 pm, September 9th from 6:30-7:30 pm, and September 10th from 5:30-6:30 pm. Registration for an assessment slot can be done through our welcome center in person or over the phone. Join us for our August assessment and register the same day!Returning swimmers can register for their group as early as August 17th! » ADULT PROGRAMS

VINYASA YOGAVinyasa yoga, in which movement is synchronized to the breath, is a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes. This style is sometimes also called flow yoga, because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. The breath becomes an important component. The instructor will guide you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale.

YOGAYoga uses the breath as a focal point as we move through sequences of linked yoga asanas. This class includes sun salutations, pranayama (breathing exercises), and relaxation.

YOGA FITNESSA Vinyasa style of Yoga based on Hatha Yoga tradition. This class involves linking the traditional Yoga poses together while moving with the breath to create strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance.

TRXA suspension based trainng system utlizing body weight to develop cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength.

TRX INTERVALAdvanced TRX with strength intervals—uses more equipment and often done in stations, free of charge, drop-in!

» CELEBRATE WITH US PARENTS’ NIGHT OUTNeed a night out with your significant other or with your friends? Need to get some errands done or simply go grocery shopping? Then use Parent’s Night Out!
