CHATTEL MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Chattel Mortgage is entered into by and between:

ROWENA SABELA AWAKAN, of legal age, married to Noel Awahan, both of legal age, Filipino citizens, with residence and postal address at KC-114, Cruz, La Trinidad, Benguet, herein referred to as the MORTGAGOR;

-and-

GLORIA D. FELIX, of legal age, married to Marcial Felix, Filipino Citizens, with residence and postal address at Shilan II, Shilan, La Trinidad, Benguet, herein referred to as the MORTGAGEE;

W I T N E S S E T H

That the MORTGAGOR is the owner and present possessor of a certain business stall located at No. 35 Flower Box City Market, Baguio City with PERMIT NO. TR-09756-10;

That this MORTGAGE is given as security for the payment to said MORTGAGEE of the loan acquired by the MORTGAGOR in the amount of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P200, 000.00) cash, Philippine Currency shall be paid after the period of One (1) year starting from January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2013;

That in the event that the Mortgagor cannot pay her obligation within TEN (10) days after December 31, 2013, the Mortgagor will immediately execute a Waiver of Right waiving her right over the said Stall (Stall No. 35 Flower Box City Market, Baguio City) in favor of the Mortgagee;

AFFIDAVIT OF GOOD FAITH

This instrument is being executed in support of a loan and not intended to defraud or prejudice the rights and interest of the mortgagee.
