Prospect1. IoT era is coming, such as Cloud Computing, Telenet communication,

Data Center, Smart Electronic, Autonomous Vehicle, Solar board energy saving device, etc. Thermal solution is diversifying. CCI is tech. leading and looking forward to enjoy business one more step ahead.

2. To meet new applications expansion and thermal solution demandincreasing, CCI action plan:• Dedicate RD efforts to Slight, Slim, Strong (3S) thermal technology

for marketing demanding. • Expand Heat Pipe, Vapor Chamber, Thermal Module capacity to

meet demand increase.

3. Environment friendly and Labor insufficient challenge, CCI action plan:• Increase automation processes to replace part of labors and gain

productivity.• Follow up EICC criteria, Social Responsibility and phase in Low
