CHECKLIST FOR MULTIPLE JOURNEY VISA APPLICATION
IMPORTANT: This document has to be submitted along with your application, to confirm that you have read and
provided all of the necessary documents. This is a mandatory requirement. Failure to adhere to these requirements
will lead to your application being rejected.
Note: This visa is only issued for business purposes. Please do not staple the documents.
Processing time: approximately 4 - 6 weeks.
The application MUST contain ALL of the following:
1. Three (3) duly filled copies of Visa Application Form No. 22 filled in English
2. Three (3) biometric passport size photos.
3. Three (3) copies of the passport with validity of at least 18 months.
4. Three (3) copies of passport pages showing at least three (3) visas and entry stamps of previous visits
issued within a single year.
5. One (1) original and Two (2) copies of a letter of intent from the applicant or the employer in the English
language.
6. One (1) original and Two (2) copies of a letter of intent from the Kenyan company inviting the
applicant.
7. Three (3) copies of a Registration Certificate/ Certificate of Incorporation of the company stated in
No. 6 above.
8. Three (3) copies of a Police Clearance Certificate (polizeiliches Führungszeugnis)
9. Three (3) copies of an official English translation of the Police Clearance Certificate
10. A Non-refundable fee of € 10.00 for each applicant payable only by bank transfer (Embassy of the Republic of
Kenya, IBAN: DE63100400000266014004) or EC-Debit card at the Embassy. Cash payments will not be
accepted. Overpaid amounts will not be refunded. Enclose a copy of the bank transfer slip together with the
application.
11. A self-addressed A4 envelope bearing 1.45 Euros worth of stamps for postage.
I hereby confirm that I have complied with all of the above stated requirements and I am fully aware that my
application will be rejected for failure to comply with the above requirements.

CHECKLISTE FÜR DIE BEANTRAGUNG EINES VISUMS ZUR MEHRFACHEN EINREISE
BITTE BEACHTEN SIE: Dieses Dokument MUSS gemeinsam mit Ihren Unterlagen eingereicht werden. Es
bestätigt, dass Sie die Checkliste gelesen haben und Sie bestätigen mit Ihrer Unterschrift, dass Sie alle
erforderlichen Unterlagen eingereicht haben. Dies ist zwingend erforderlich. Ihr Antrag wird abgelehnt, sollte
dieser unvollständig sein.
Anmerkung: Dieses Visum wird nur für Geschäftszwecke ausgestellt. Bitte tackern Sie die Unterlagen nicht
zusammen. Bearbeitungszeit: ungefähr sechs Wochen oder länger.
Der Antrag MUSS Folgendes enthalten:
1. Drei (3) in der englischen Sprache sorgfältig ausgefüllte Antragsformulare Nr. 22
2. Drei (3) biometrische Passfotos.
3. Drei (3) Kopien des Reisepasses (mit noch mindestens achtzehnmonatiger Gültigkeit)
4. Drei (3) Kopien der Seiten des Reisepasses, die mindestens drei (3) Visa und/oder Einreisestempel
vorheriger Reisen innerhalb eines Jahres aufweisen.
5. Ein (1) Original und zwei (2) Kopies eines Antragsschreibens vom Antragsteller/ Arbeitgeber in
Deutschland (in englischer Sprache).
6. Ein (1) Original und zwei (2) Kopies eines Einladungsschreibens der Firma in Kenia, das den Zweck des
ofteren Besuchs angibt.
7. Drei (3) Kopien der Registration Certificate/ Certificate of Incorporation der Firma in Kenia.
8. Drei (3) Kopien eines polizeilichen Führungszeugnis
9. Drei (3) Kopien einer offiziellen englischen Übersetzung des polizeilichen Führungszeugnis
10. Eine nicht erstattbare Gebühr von € 10,00 für jeden Antragsteller, zahlbar nur per Banküberweisung
(Embassy of the Republic of Kenya, IBAN: DE63100400000266014004) oder EC-Karte in der Botschaft.
Barzahlungen werden nicht akzeptiert. Zu viel gezahlte Gebühren werden nicht erstattet. Bitte fügen
Sie Ihrem Antrag eine Kopie des Überweisungsbelegs bei.
11. Ein mit 1,45 Euro freigemachter A4-Rückumschlag.
Hiermit bestätige ich, dass ich alle oben aufgeführten Anforderungen erfülle, und dass ich mir bewusst bin, dass mein
Antrag abgelehnt wird, wenn diese Anforderungen nicht erfüllt sind.
