Checklist of Lisega BOM 1. Format of Lisega BOM, refer PEB. 2. Create lisega BOM from LICAD for better accuracy. 3. Include Corflex (Temp < 200°C) or stainless steel sheet (Temp > 200°C) for stainless steel pipes corflex are available as per standard widths. 4. Include anchor bolts manually HILTI or SPITFIX as agreed on the project. 5. Check spring Displ (mm), OPE loads (kN), Preset loads (kN/hanger). Displacement ‘’OPE’’ movement in vertical direction. ‘+’ For UP ‘-‘ For DOWN OPE Loads ‘’HOT Load in kN from LICAD F(H) Preset load From LICAD F (k) value. Must be per spring. 6. Check turnbuckle included in the Rod hanger or not. 7. For Snubbers provide the preset position in the Remarks column. 8. For special design supports include into the ‘’Remarks’’ column e.g. direction of force and value. 9. Include PTFE sliding plate and Tribomat plate manually in the BOM as required. 10. Wherever PTFE or tribomat plate is required include SS plate manually in the BOM. SS plate to be shop welded below the clamp base. 11. Mention trapeze hanger length, vertical riser clamp length in the BOM. 12. Check the support BQ number along with PDMS model. 13. Type of support should be mentioned as per support list. 14. Check quantity of support component as required.

Checklist of Secondary steel BOM

1. Check the beam sections used should be as agreed during starting of project.2. Check the plate thickness; prefer to use standard plate thickness.3. Do not model in PDMS the secondary steel in proposal.4. Check all plates are covered in the sec steel BOM. Plates are not coming directly from

PDMS.5. Remove lugs plate from the secondary steel BOM.6. Format of secondary steel BOM should be as follow.7. Overview of all steel & plates dimensions, weight and quantity.
