Promoter’s Profile: Mumbai is the commercial hub of India. While corporate czars dream of transforming it into Shanghai; only erecting skyscrapers, flyover, IT parks and metro & mono rails isn’t the answer. A drastic change is required at the grass root level. Mumbai’s slums and chawls need to be paid attention to and redeveloped, contributing to its changing skyline. This inspired the inception of Omshanti Universal. The visionary Paras Porwal – Founder Chairman realized the importance of collective upliftment, and thus endeavored into realty development by establishing Omshanti Universal.
Since its foundation in 2000, Omshanti has developed many spectacular projects, raising the standard of living of a large section of society. Thus, we can proudly say that our strength is Redevelopment Schemes, with an area of more than 11 million sq. ft. under development. Today Omshanti has craved a niche for itself in the industry. The Senghani Group was founded and promoted by Shri. Shivghanbhai Senghani in the year, 1945. He got his first contract from the Government of Gujarat for constructing 50 kms. long road near Mundra & Mandvi & construction of dam. Over the last six decades, the Group has built a solid reputation and earned the trust and confidence. Senghani Group integrity and sincerity has created a fair market reputation and goodwill for the group. The Group has true professionalism and corporate approach to the work with a very clear vision as to the goals.
Three Generations since 1945 what is today a multi faceted organization, the passionate dream of Shri Shivghanbhai Senghani and his two sons Shri Jethabhai Senghani & Shri Amrutbhai Senghani. In 1985, the Senghani Group expanded under the young leadership of Shri. Mohanbhai Senghani & Shri Chandubhai Senghani, the third generation in the family. DILAPTED NOTICE :Due to old structures and due to various monsoon suffered by the buildings, the situation is worsening day by day due to the dilapidated and inhabitable nature of the structure posing imminent danger to the tenants. Repairing at this stage is not the permanent solution Considering the dilapidated condition of the structures Concerned Engineers took the survey of all the buildings which is on its last legs and issued Notice to all 34 buildings.
PROPOSED CLUSTER DEVELOPMENT
• We propose to demolish the existing 34 building Gr. + 2nd floor with 32 occupants each, totally 1128 occupants (Original Sanad Holders). Each occupants to get 500 sq.ft. carpet area are considered in this cluster scheme.
• Each 1174 residential hutment to get 269 Sq.ft. carpet area & 309 commercial hutments to get existing carpet area or maximum up to 225 Sq.ft.
