Factory for the production of motor oil,industrial oil, antifreeze and related products
• Fully equiped,ready to work immediately• Capacity: 12,000 MT per year.• Meet requirements of ISO 9001,ISO 14001 and ISO 17025. • It’s located in the industrial zone of Vrcin,
next to the highway E-75 (Belgrade-Nais),17km south of Belgrade DC.
Land and infrastructure
• The total area of the site on which the factory is located amounts 5200 m2
• The site is fenced, has a spacious parking area, night lighting, guardhouse and video surveillance
• Traffic inside the complex is projected circularly, through the entry and exit gates• In addition to the power supply from the electrical networks has installed three phase
generator / OP 45KVA
• Factory is 500m far from the highway exit
• All necessary permits and approvals for use are an integral part of the documentation of the factory and enable performance of activities immediately .

Factory complex consists of the following facilities :
• The administration building 270 m2 +100 m2 (attic) area• The Raw materials warehouse of approximately 130 m2 area• Production hall of approximately 400 m2 area• Five vertical storage tanks (heated,thermo-isolated) with total volume of 500 m3
• Finished products warehouse 450 m2area• Approximately 1000 m2 open storage space • All facilities have all the necessary permits ( building , utility ...).
The Administrative building
The Administrative building area is 270m2 + 100 m2 and consists of : 8 offices A fully equipped laboratory for testing oil and antifreeze Kitchenette Two toilets with showers
The building is equipped with water heating system, central heating, tel. connections,internet ...
All offices are air-conditioned,fully equipped with furniture and all the necessary funds for the operation .
The Administrative building
The Laboratory Within the administrative building there is a very well equipped laboratory
for testing base oils,additives,motor and industrial oils, antifreeze and related products.
The laboratory is divided into three parts ( three rooms ) and it containsa laboratory Instruments which cover about 30 tests
all according to ISO 17025.
The Raw materials warehouse
The Raw materials warehouse is approximately 130 m2 area with two
additional metal galleries of 60 m2 area for storage of light materials.
The Production hallProduction hall has an area of approximately 400 m2 and it meets the highest standards.
It has installed two oil blenders with a capacity of 5000 lit each,one oil blender with capacity of 2000 lit and one antefreeze and water-soluble products blender with capacity of 2000 lit.
Also there is installed the heating plant 450KW which heats the whole complex,including hot water, central heating, technological processesheating and all reservoirs heating.
Heating fluid is a thermal oil.

Storage tanksBeside the production hall there is five heated,thermo-isolated storage tanks: Two storage tanks of 50m3 volume One storage tank of 100m3 volume Two storage tank of 150m3 volume
The Finished products warehouse
Finished products warehouse area is 450m2.Within the warehouse there's office with toillet.The warehouse has two entrances-exits.
