RECRUITMENT & SELECTION
We announce job vacancies through news paper advertisement and office
bulletin board.
Job order to each Branch Office to follow up at the same time.
Recruitment Division start to research the proper applicants from the
manpower pooling in our data bank.
Through recommendation/referrals of some workers who are under processing
to deploy to our different employer’s clients.
Selection & Hiring Ask to submit duly filled-up Chesna application form with attached photograph,
detained resume, school documents, employment certificates, trade test certificate (if
required) and other relevant documents.
Pre-select the proper applicant by Chesna Evaluator to determine the
qualifications of the positions applied for based on the job description of the client
sent/forwarded to us.
Facilitate final selection/interview of applicants by employer or its authorized
representatives.
If clients will not attend selection/interview, CV’s & any necessary materials will
be forwarded to the principal through email & courier for their final evaluation and
approval.
Conduct Orientation to all the selected workers after the interview to discuss
fully the terms & conditions of the employment contract, awareness of jobsite situ and
etc.
REQUIREMENT
POEA ACCREDITATION Foreign employers or principals who wished to hire Filipino qualified workers through our company, have to comply the following documentary requirements for Accreditation / Registration with the POEA (Philippine Overseas Employment Administration)
1. Special Power of Attorney (SPA) 2. Demand Letter/Manpower Request 3. Employment Contract 4. Copy of Commercial Registration
* Above documents should be verified by Philippines Embassy in each Country.

INTERVIEW & SELECTION
Principal should advise us at least 2 weeks from the date of scheduled interview in order for us to make all their necessary arrangement.
Require to make a reserve candidates from the actual requirements, which will be utilized in case priority workers will back-out and medically unfit etc.
DEPARTURE PTA (Prepaid Ticket Advise) should be prepared by Employer and send to
Chesna at least 3 working days before for complete preparation.

OMAN

UAE

· Medical certificate of workers bound for Libya should pass through DOH, Malacanang and DFA for authentication, It will take eight(8) working days as normal.
