Supervised, trained and evaluated post bachelor and master level professional staff and indirectly supervised 72 paraprofessional staff members. Was directly responsible for the recruitment, selection and training of paraprofessional staff for the department. Served on University Learning Community Commission to provide Residence Life perspective and insight in the creation of living-learning communities.
