19 FIELD VERIFY LOCATIONS OF ALL EXISTING UNDERGROUNDUTILITIES INCLUDING PIPING AND CONDUIT PRIOR TODEMOLITION OF FLOOR SLABS AND EXTERIOR PAVING.REPLACE ALL UTILITIES DAMAGED BY DEMOLITION WORKAT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO THE OWNER.

CODE COMPLIANCE AND PERMITS:C1 THE ARCHITECT'S AND ENGINEERS' SEALS, AFFIXED TO

THESE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, CERTIFIES TO THE BESTOF THE ARCHITECT'S AND ENGINEERS' KNOWLEDGE THATTHE DOCUMENTS MEET APPLICABLE CODES. NOTIFY THEOWNER AND ARCHITECT OF ANY PORTION OF THESEDOCUMENTS FOUND TO BE IN CONFLICT WITH SUCHCODES, AND OBTAIN RESOLUTION OF THE CONFLICT PRIORTO PROCEEDING WITH THE AFFECTED WORK.

C7 EXIT DOORS, EGRESS WINDOWS, AND OTHER OPENINGSREQUIRED FOR MEANS OF EGRESS SHALL BE OPERABLEFROM THE INSIDE WITHOUT USE OF A KEY OR SPECIALKNOWLEDGE OR EFFORT.

1 THESE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS INDICATE THE DESIGNINTENT OF THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT AND ESTABLISHSTANDARDS FOR QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE. THECONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE A COMPLETE PROJECT INACCORDANCE WITH THE DESIGN INTENT AND THESTANDARDS INDICATED IN THE DOCUMENTS OR REQUIREDBY LOCAL JURISDICTION.

4 NOTIFY THE OWNER AND ARCHITECT FOR CLARIFICATIONOF ALL CONFLICTS IN THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS.CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REPLACINGANY WORK INSTALLED INCORRECTLY DUE TOMISINTERPRETATION OF THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS.

8 THE CONTRACTOR SHALL OBTAIN AND PAY FOR ALLMATERIALS, LABOR, EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, CONSTRUCTIONEQUIPMENT, WAREHOUSING, TRANSPORTATION ANDDELIVERY COSTS, HOISTING, REMOVAL OF TRASH ANDDEBRIS, AND OTHER FACILITIES AND SERVICESNECESSARY FOR EXECUTING AND COMPLETING THEWORK.

12 THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE AND WORK WITHALL TRADES ON THE PROJECT SITE, WHETHER OR NOTUNDER CONTRACT TO THE CONTRACTOR (SUCH ASTELEPHONE AND DATA SERVICE, LANDSCAPE, ETC.).
