Meeting Invitations and Attendees

Epic Weekly Project Status Meetings are scheduled for 9:30 – 10:30 EST on Wednesday mornings throughout duration of project.

The meeting invitations are currently owned by Angelique Corrado, the CHI Epic Program Director. Effective July 18th, Alexandra Rae the program manager for the Memorial Health Epic Implementation will assume responsibility for the meetings.

Next steps:Angelique will send out a cancellation to the existing meetings.Alexandra will send out a series of new meetings to replace the cancelled sessions. Times and dates will remain the same.

▪ Accomplishments –• Internal Meeting regarding Heart Institute, Revenue Integrity

Meeting, Meeting with PB Operational Team Members• Gathering multiple levels of information from Heart (Pam

Wood) regarding current state details and information• Received first piece of information from Chattanooga Heart

Institute regarding discovery questions. Received Payor information.

• Analyzed information. Out of 1414 payors only 54 need to be reviewed that had 80 or more claims sent out in a 12 month period. 15 exist in Epic, 4 duplicates in spreadsheet, 9 payor plans need to be created, 36 need plans created under existing payors. However, need to be reviewed with all business parties

• Received payors for Memorial Health. However, information supplied not enough in order to do research. We may need to give the Epic payor plan information to Memorial and allow them to decide which payors need to be created.

• Preparing for workflow demo. As this will a first time exposure to Epic to most end users, there will be a lot of information provided.
