Assemble the bottom frame

Assemble the frame from the beams with cross-section 4 x 4 inch.

At the junction, make a sample of half the thickness of the beam and a depth of 4 inches

Connect the beams with 4x 3 1/2" self-tapping screws for each joint

Clarify that all diagonals are equal

Framing the coop's front wall

Install the support pillars of the 8' 4" ft beam with a crosssection of 4 x 4 inches according to the drawing

Secure the support pillars to the bottom of the frame by means of mounting brackets and screws

Framing the aviary's left wall

Install the support pillar of the 7 ft beam with a cross-section of 4 x 4 inches according to the drawing

Secure the support pillar to the bottom and top frames by means of mounting brackets and screws

Rafters installation

Prepare the 21 rafter pillars of the 12 ft beams with a cross-section of 4 x 2 inches in 1' 10" inch increments according to the drawing. Cut the recesses for fastening with front and back top frames.

Secure the rafter pillars to the top frames by means of ties and screws

Right wall hatching eggs case assemble

Assemble the frame of a beams with a cross section of 2 x 2 inches, according to the drawing. The upper plane has a slope of 8 degrees. Prepare the 1/4" slits for the partitions in the longitudinal beams

Cover the frame with 1/2 plywood from all sides except back and top with help of 2 1/2" self-tapping screws

Left side hatching eggs case installation

For hatching eggs case fixing, install two mounting angles on required height on the vertical pillars

Secure the hatching eggs bottom on angles with 2" self-tapping screws, and back side beams to the pillars with 3 x 4" self-tapping screws

Connect the cap plane and siding shield with three hinges

Corrugated boards installation

To cover the roof area 50 m2 will need 10 shets of corrugated boards 4' 8" wide and 12' 4" height

To cover hatching eggs case cap prepare 1 sheet of corrugated board according to the drawing

Fasten the boards with 1 1/2" self-tapping screws with wide head and rubber gaskets specified for corrugated metal boards

After finishing boards installation, put two handles on the hatching eggs case cap and visor between wall and hatching eggs case cap
