About SRIMT, Lucknow SR Group was started by the chairman Mr. Pawan Singh Chauhan with the establishment of SR Institute of Management and Technology offering B.Tech program with 4 branches and 240 seats in the year 2009 under SR Educational Trust, is dedicated to Late Subedar Singh and Late Raj Devi, who inspired their son. Subedar Raj Devi Educational Trust founded in the year 2008 and registered under the Indian Trust Act, 1882. In 2010 SR Group of institutions came into existence with establish-ment of SRM Business School for MBA program with 120 seats. New courses like IMBA (MAM), Bio-Tech, Agricultural Engineering etc. were introduced under the institutions. The SR Group spreads across 60 acres of land. In this group more than 4000+ students are enrolled in different courses. It has 7000+ Alumni. The campus has all advance facilities like Air Conditioned Classrooms, Well Equipped Laboratories, Well Main-tained AC and Non AC Hostels & Mess, Online Lectures, Well Stocked Library, Hi-tech Computer Labs, Fleet of AC & Non AC Buses and eminent Faculties. SR Group of Institutions is situated beside NH-24, Sitapur Road at a distance of 10 km from Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (formerly known as UPTU), Lucknow.

About Spoken Tutorial (IIT Bombay) The Spoken Tutorial project is the initiative of the 'Talk to a Teach-er' activity of the National Mission on Education through Infor-mation and Communication Technology (ICT), launched by the Min-istry of Human Resources and Development, Government of India.

About the FDP The objective of the FDP is to enlighten faculty of all streams with online teaching, learning and evaluation methodology of Moodle, a popular Open-Source Learning Management System tool that will provides seamless transition from the teaching and learning process of the classroom onto the online platform accessible through the internet. Along with MOODLE the FDP will also focus some of the popular Free of Cost Software by which the faculty members can run their classes very effectively either Online or Offline. The FDP would be a self-paced program where the participants have the freedom to peruse through the learning resources at their ease at the time of their choice.

Target Audience The program will be highly informative for the faculty members and administrative leaders from academic institutions, AICTE approved Engineering Colleges. Directors, Deans, HODs, Faculty members of all the stream.
