CDA TRAINING $385 120 HOURS OF CDA TRAINING ONLINE Enroll at www.cdastars.com Our CDA program takes a holistic approach to the development of young children, from birth to the age of eight. Providing a quality education to future generations requires more than a love of children. Through the CDA Virtual Classroom, you will be introduced to academic concepts that include child growth and development, nutrition, child behavior, and curriculum, while developing the leadership skills that can make you invaluable in the field of early childhood education. This enrollment is for the 120 hours of training needed to apply for a CDA Credential.

State Annual Training Approvals

Our child care courses may, or may not, meet annual training requirements in your state. Please provide us with your state, and any State registry ID number, and if we are able to record your completed training with your state, we will. In some cases, for annual state credit, you will need to submit the certificate to the appropriate registry and they may or may not award annual credit. The training is approved for the National CDA Credential regardless of whether annual continuing education credit is awarded. Providing a State Registry number to us does not guarantee that your state will approve the training for annual continuing education credit.

Brittney Andrade, BS ECE E-Learning Curriculum Specialist and Instructor Brittney has a wealth of early childhood education experience, including navigating the NAEYC accreditation process and working in an Early Achievers center. Brittney is currently working on a Master’s in Early Childhood Education from Walden University. She also holds a Bachelors in ECE from Rasmussen College and a Bachelors in Creative Writing from Eastern Washington University. As an e-Learning Instructor, Brittney is responsible for supporting the ECE and CDA Virtual Classroom students through the training process. Brittney works closely with the Academic Coach to review assignments, monitors discussion threads, answers inquiries/emails, monitors student engagement, and provide online student support.

Kimberlee Turner, MS Ed E-Learning Instructional Coordinator

Kimberlee is a STARS trainer through Washington DCYF MERIT. Kimberlee Turner has a Master of Science Degree in Higher Education from Walden University. She also graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Developmental Psychology and a minor in Psychology. Kimberlee has worked with children diagnosed with autism as an ABA Therapist and Registered Behavior Technician in both an in-home setting and center-based setting. As the oldest child, she helped care for her younger brother who has disabilities, and this led her to a strong desire to work with children who are affected by disabilities. Kimberlee firmly believes that every child should have access to an inclusive and supportive environment and it is our job as educators to provide that for them. Kimberlee has worked as a full-time online educator with Successful Solutions Training in Child Development since 2016.
