The actual donation takes about 10 minutes, a little longer for Power Red donations. There is a critical need for blood right now. Holmes High School - Games and book bag distribution from 3:00 - 5:00 PM - Food from 4:00 - 5:30 PM for those with tickets (tickets are distributed through participating churches and organizations) - Food from 5:30 PM until it’s gone for those without tickets - Concert: Opening Act at 6:00 PM, Headliner at 7:00 PM RHBC is collecting 350 ear buds and 2,000 No. 2 pencils (A collection bin is in the Connecting Corridor) Shane & Shane Concert will be held on the Baseball Field Free concessions during the concert are being provided by RHBC & Open Door (Volunteers are needed to help serve from approximately 6:00 - 9:00 PM - a sign-up sheet is in the Connecting Corridor) The Music Minister Search Committee has unanimously selected Justin Smith as our candidate for Minister of Music & Education at Rocky Hock Baptist Church. On Sunday evening, August 4th, there will be time of Fellowship and Refreshments with a Question & Answer Session in the Multi-Purpose Room (time to be announced). Church members will vote on Justin at the Morning Worship Service on August 11th. Congratulations to Clark & Bonnie Bond on the birth of their son, Eli Henry, on Friday, July 12, 2019. Proud grandparents are Carroll & Becky Evans. May God bless them as they raise Eli in the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ. Our RA’s have been learning about refugees - people who have been forced to leave their country to escape war, persecution, or natural disaster. Most of these families leave behind everything they have when they move. Their children will need supplies to make it through the school year. So, the RA’s have decided to collect backpacks and stuff them with school supplies in order to make this transition easier for them. Any contributions to our Mission Project are appreciated. See Trey Bass for more information. This is to remind you that Pastor Rusty Womack and his family will be joining us on July 28th for a trial sermon. In lieu of our normal evening service, we will have some light refreshments in the Multi- Purpose Room and hear Pastor Rusty’s testimony, followed by a time to ask him questions. 11th Annual RHBC Golf Tournament

Saturday, August 3, 2019 (Rain Date: August 17)

Scotch Hall Preserve, Merry Hill

Pre-Registration at 8:30 AM, Shotgun Start at 9:00 AM

Format: Four Man Superball (Teams can be made up of all men, all women, or men and women mix) Mulligans: $10 per person Super Tee Shot: $10 Entry Fee: $250 per team (Donations accepted in any amount and Hole Sponsors are $100)

1st & 2nd Place Teams will be Recognized and Lunch will be served after the Tournament.

All proceeds go to The NC Baptist Children’s Homes. Scotch Hall will also donate a portion of their proceeds to NC Baptist Children’s Homes, as well as a FREE round of golf (with cart) for every participant!
