Welcome

How Do I Join?
At the close of the service, an “invitation” will be extended to anyone who would like to trust Christ for salvation and/or become part of the Rocky Hock Baptist Church family. Simply come to the altar and talk with the Pastor.

Dear Rocky Hock Baptist Church, Thank you so much for the crocheted cross bookmark and the “Moving On” book you gave me for graduation. I can’t wait to read it and put into practice the lessons I learn from it. I’m blessed to have an amazing church family back home in Rocky Hock.
Love, Bryant Chappell

Congratulations to Clark & Bonnie Bond on the birth of their son,
Eli Henry, on Friday, July 12, 2019. Proud grandparents are Carroll &
Becky Evans. May God bless them as they raise Eli in the faith
of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Our RA’s have been learning
about refugees - people who have
been forced to leave their country
to escape war, persecution, or natural disaster.
Most of these families leave behind everything they have when they move. Their children will need supplies to make it through the school year. So, the RA’s have
decided to collect backpacks and stuff them with school supplies in
order to make this transition easier for them. Any contributions to our
Mission Project are appreciated. See Trey Bass for more information.
This is to remind you that Pastor Rusty Womack and his family will be joining us on July 28th for a trial sermon. In lieu of our normal evening service, we will have some light refreshments in the Multi-Purpose Room and hear Pastor Rusty’s testimony, followed by a time to ask him questions. Please mark your calendars and plan to join us that day. To learn more about Rusty and his family, go online to this site: www.rustywomack.com. For those without internet service, copies of his resume` are located in the vestibule. On Sunday, August 4, there will be a vote on issuing a call to Pastor Rusty as our Senior Pastor.
On Sunday, August 11th, guests from the North Carolina Baptist Children’s Homes will be leading the Morning Worship Service at RHBC. At this time, we will present them with a check from the proceeds our 11th Annual Golf Tournament. Make plans now to join us for this special service.
