New opportunities for richer engagement...
Breakfast BriefingsCommunicate your message, make an announcement, and gather timely market feedback at the start of the conference day. Held in an intimate, closed-door environment away from the show floor over a sit down brunch. Our VIP concierge team will work with you to deliver the target executives on your “wish list”. Already, more than 20 clients have used this service to better engage with their target customers and existing clients.
Hosted RoundtablesIn 2018, DCD is launching this exciting new format across its event series. Each roundtable of 10-15 executives will be led by a senior executive from a buyer company and will be given a specific topic for discussion, which will take place during an hour-long session at the conference. Sponsors can either sponsor and host a table of their topic choice or sponsor a table led by a buyer company. Either way, your executives and company will be able to participate in discussions amongst an engaged and pre-qualified buyer audience.
Invite only VIP LunchesHeld during the main conference lunch break, our VIP concierge team will work with you to arrange a closed door, private lunch attended by individuals targeted from your “wish list”. Already DCD has successfully delivered lunches for three clients who have been able to engage with between 20-50 prospects in this way. Richer engagement, more time to meet and have open discussions with target prospects, and the chance to showcase your company’s solutions to a captive audience.
VIP Leaders DinnerEntertain and engage with a pre-arranged group of prospects and clients of your choice at an exclusive location in the venue city. Our VIP concierge team will work with you to invite individuals targeted on your “wish list”. We can also help you to develop a content theme for the evening and assist in providing a thought-provoking speaker, should you wish. Your executive team will be able to engage up to 15 specially selected executives for an evening of uninterrupted conversation and networking.
VIP Cocktail ReceptionOn the eve of every event, between 100-200 industry VIPs will gather for cocktails, relaxed conversation and networking at a select location in the venue city. This event is the perfect way to promote your brand and solutions, to kick off your event presence, teaming you up with the chance to build and foster new relationships and re-ignite existing contacts. Sponsor packages include branded invitations, at event decor and the chance for your executive to address the gathering.
Speed NetworkingAlready a hugely popular element to our major events in 2017, speed networking is an exciting and efficient way of building new relationships. Make new introductions and swap business cards speed-dating style during an hour-long session involving up to 20 pre-qualified buyers. Speed networkers will walk away from the session with a fistful of new contacts and the prospect of follow up later in the day.

Uptime Institute and DatacenterDynamics sign Global Partnering Agreement
LONDON – November 6,2017 – Uptime Institute andDatacenterDynamics today announced a definitive worldwide agreement to collaborate on the content and production of DCDs’ highly regarded series of infrastructure events in 2018. This agreement brings together the industry’s two main powerhouses, pairing Uptime Institute’s deep understanding and data center experience with DCD’s longstanding reputation as a premier global event producer and media company. The partnership wil extend to more than two dozen data center infrastructure events worldwide.
With this new agreement, UptimeInstitute will assume the role as the Global Content Provider for DCD’s series of events conducted throughout 2018 globally.
The agreement spans all DCD events worldwide for the 2018 calendar year. Uptime Institute will work with DCD on compelling and experiential content delivered as keynotes, panels and conference sessions, and will also create additional in-depth pre-conference tracks and workshops at select events. Owners and Operators will no longer have to choose more than one event they need to attend to acquire the knowledge needed to run their business efficiently. Instead, a single event will provide the highest level of industry knowledge all in one place, which will in turn reduce the amount of time needed to stay current on trends and observations needed to run their own digital infrastructures.
End-to-End Service Guarantees Stronger ROIThis end-to-end service means that you get to select your targets, engage them at the event and
take away the data of anyone you interacted with during the event, guaranteeing you quality conversations at the event and a full follow-up list post-event to
continue your business development process.
1: Select from our Segmented Data Targets3 weeks out from the event you will receive a list of segmented data that matches your ‘buyer’ profile – this data is derived from the online
registration system that asks delegates information on projects they are working on and technologies they are interested in. The list will include job titles and company names. You will be able to select targets for the 1-2-1 Introduction service and for your other VIP engagement
opportunities. You can also add your own specific target names should they not be on our own lists and we will invite then to come to the event and enjoy our VIP experience.
2: Arrange 1-2-1 IntroductionsOur VIP concierge team will approach selected buyers to assess levels of interest in meeting you and will then introduce you via email to arrange your own meeting time at the event. The number of 1-2-1 introductions and size of segmented data list are cumulative, based on the selection of
qualifying elements within your sponsorship package.
3: Guarantee 1-2-1 Meetings Reserved for our highest status sponsors, the 1-2-1 meeting service uses the data segmentation process for you to select who you want to
meet from the attendee list and your own target lists. Our VIP team will go ahead and secure the meetings for you onsite in our VIP areas. or at your stand.
4: Meet New Prospects through Speed NetworkingHeld during the morning coffee break - now extended beyond 1hr to maximise exposure in the expo – you will meet pre-qualified buyers
‘speed-dating’ style and walk away with up to 20 new contacts.
5: Invite Guests or Partners & bring more StaffThese are cumulative based on the selection of qualifying elements within your sponsorship package and can also be used to register
your re-sellers and other channel partners.
6: Receive Full Contact Lists Post-event We will send you the combined data of all the people you have met through our 1-2-1 services, along with scans* taken at your exhibition
stand and your thought leadership audiences within 5 working days of the event.

AI, machine learning and deep learning are all about to impact the data center environment in a multitude of ways. How do you manage, orchestrate and optimize all your systems and make full use of the ‘smart’ technology space?
Rack densities seem to only ever go up with some loads reaching 50kW and more. How can data center operators balance high availability with ultra-efficiency and extreme performance power and cooling solutions?
Once again we’re in the middle of the pendulum swing from centralised to distributed computing. What does this mean for how we are going build the new generation of core facilities and deal with the challenge at the edge?
In the age of hybrid-IT and cloud what part does IaaS play in managing enterprise capacity requirements, how do new infrastructure ownership models improve agility and what service add-ons make this space transformational?

New Meeting & VIP Services Six Steps to Generate Stronger ROI
New Ways to Engage with Targets
At DCD we want you to significantly enrich your client and prospect engagement levels and ROI.
In mid-2017 we launched our new VIP Concierge and Meeting service. Already this bespoke service has helped 17 sponsor clients meet 220 target clients across three events.
Now these services are available across our entire 2018 Event Series to make sure you get in front of the executives you want to meet.
[STEP 1] Select from our Segmented Data Targets3 weeks out from the event you will receive a list of segmented data that matches your ‘buyer’ profile – this data is derived from the online registration system that asks delegates information on projects they are working on and technologies they are interested in. The list will include job titles and company names. You will be able to select targets for the 1-2-1 Introduction service and for your other VIP engagement opportunities. You can also add your own specific target names should they not be on our own lists and we will invite then to come to the event and enjoy our VIP experience. [STEP 2] Arrange 1-2-1 IntroductionsOur VIP concierge team will approach selected buyers to assess levels of interest in meeting you and will then introduce you via email to arrange your own meeting time at the event.
The number of 1-2-1 introductions and size of segmented data list are cumulative, based on the selection of qualifying elements within your sponsorship package. [STEP 3] Guaranteed 1-2-1 MeetingsReserved for our highest status sponsors, the 1-2-1 meeting service uses the data segmentation process for you to select who you want to meet from the attendee list and your own target lists. Our VIP team will go ahead and secure the meetings for you onsite in our VIP areas. [STEP 4] Meet New Prospects through Speed NetworkingHeld during the morning coffee break - now extended beyond 1hr to maximise exposure in the expo – you will meet pre-qualified buyers ‘speed-dating’ style and walk away with up to 20 new contacts. [STEP 5] Invite Guests or Partners & bring more StaffThese are cumulative based on the selection of qualifying elements within your sponsorship package and can also be used to register your re-sellers and other channel partners. [STEP 6] Receive Full Contact Lists Post-eventWe will send you the combined data of all the people you have met through our 1-2-1 services, along with scans* taken at your exhibit stand and your thought leadership audiences within 5 working days of the event. This end-to-end service means that you get to select your targets, engage them at the event and take away the data of anyone you interacted with during the event, guaranteeing you quality conversations at the event and a full follow-up list post-event to continue your business development process.
*Every person registered under your staff passes will have access to the ‘lead scanning’ function on the Event App – this means new contacts can be scanned anytime throughout the event and each can be scored with notes. All activity is logged on a central account so does not reside with an individual.
Thank you to our 2017 sponsors We look forward to helping you reach your sales and marketing objectives in 2018
