Information about the classThere are about 20 young learners in the class. They have two fifty minutes lessons every week as part of their school curriculum. I have been teaching them for nearly five months. They use English factfile as their English course book.Main AimBy the end of the lesson the learners will have practised reading for gist.Objectives
By the end of the lesson the learners will have practised predicting what the chapter is about from illustrations; finding the meaning of the new words from the context; answering pre-set questions, role-play reading aloud;
