METHOD
FIRST WHISK IN THE BEATER THE BUTTERTHE SUGAR AND THE VANILLE TILL OBTEIN A CREAM.
THEN ADD THE YOLK, AND WHISK FOR A FEW MINUTES.
ON THE TABLE SIEVE THE FLOUR, THE MAIZE FLOUR, AND THE BICARBONATE.
AFTER THAT PUT ON THE BUTTER CREAM IN THE FLOUR MIX.
KNEAD WELL TILL OBTEIN A TENDER DOUGH
ROLL OUT THE DOUGH
THEN CUT DISCS OF 5DIAMETRES CM.
PREPARE A BAKING TRAY
PUT ON THE DISCS ON THE BAKING TRAY.

BAKE FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES.
STUFF THE DISCS WITH DULCE DE LECHE
THEN COVER THEM WITH MELT CHOCOLATE.
