Flips Xcel Team provides female gymnasts of varying abilities and commitment levels the opportunity for a rewarding competitive gymnastics experience! Ages 5 and up are welcome to try out. Bronze & Silver athletes compete in one local meet during Spring 2019. Upper levels have an additional 4-5 meets between January-May 2019. We look forward to another exciting and successful competition season!
