The hotel on board Rotterdam's very own hotel ship, ss
Rotterdam. In its heyday between 1959 and 2000, the prestigious
flagship of the Holland America Line sailed to many destinations
all over the world. Today, the beautifully renovated ship has a
permanent berth at the Kop van Katendrecht in the centre of
Rotterdam.

Your reservation is guaranteed by HAL Beheer B.V.. Until 12 Noon
on the date of arrival the cancellation will be free of charge. If
you cancel your reservation after this time we will charge the
first night stay. In case of group reservations we use different
cancellation conditions.
Check in/check outYour room is available from 3 PM, we ask you
to depart for 11 AM. You are more than welcome to arrive during the
day or stay after departure on board. We store your luggage for
free!
Food and BeverageBreakfast will be served in Lido. From Monday
till Friday starting at 6.30 AM till 10 AM. Saturday and Sunday
from 7 AM till 11 AM.
S.S. Rotterdam Hotel has a bar named Ocean Bar and two public
restaurants named Club Room and Lido.In case you would like to dine
on board, we advise you to make a reservation. You can contact us

General Information

A preference for a specific room is no guarantee. Pets are not
allowed on board. When you are a vegetarian or if you have any
allergies, please tell us! So we can prepare a special menu for
you.
For all the rooms the Uniform Hotel Conditions are used. You can
findt these conditions at our front office or you can download
these conditions from www.horeca.org.
For every reservation we have to pay 4,5% city tax to Rotterdam.
The total reservation fare is including this tax.
ParkingIn front of the ship is a parking lot. The rate for this
parking is 3,- an hour and 15,- per day.U can buy a day card at
Customer Service. This is a card which allows you to drive in and
out during the whole day. It is not possible to pay by debit or
credit card after opening hours of the Customer Service.
TourOn board we have several audio-tours. For more information
you can check the website: www.ssrotterdam.nl. During the tour you
will visit restricted areas.
