Chateau Mouton Rothschild 1995 This is the most ‘new world’ of all the First Growth. Their special ar�st labels are as much a collectable as the wine. Mouton Rothschild was a co-founder of Napa Valley’s Opus One and partner in Chile’s Almaviva. Hospices de Beaune. Meursault-Charmes 1er cru cuvée Bahèzre de Lanlay The ‘Hospital’ was founded more than 550 years ago in Beaune. These are a pair of Premier Cru Burgundy from some of the finest vineyards. They are delicious with Chinese roast duck and crispy pork. Hospices de Beaune Volnay-Santenots 1er cru cuvée Jéhan de Massol Moet Chandon Brut Imperial Large format 15L =20 bo�les of Moet Champagne 18 litres is equivalent to 20 bo�les. it's the perfect special wine for Christmas celebra�on. This champagne is also delicious with a sushi.

Head of Wine

Christie’s China

Simon Tam is Christie’s Head of Wine for China. Simon helps oversee the development of

Christie's wine sales across Greater China, with particular focus on cultivating client

relationships within Mainland China. Simon works closely with the company's overseas wine

teams in developing business strategies and defining new potential growth opportunities for

the Greater China region.

Committed to supporting the development of Asia’s wine industry, Simon founded the

Independent Wine Centre for Hong Kong and Shanghai, as well as the Greater China Wine

Critics Association, two organizations both committed to expanding the industry and

promoting the highest standard and integrity of wine for the Greater China region. He also

co-founded the Cathay Pacific Hong Kong International Wine and Spirits Competition,

which is recognized as the largest pan-Asian wine and spirit competition in the region.

Simon is an active writer and guest speaker, contributing regularly to international media and

speaking at major wine conferences worldwide such as VINEXPO and the London

International Wine Fair. Simon is a regular columnist in the South China Morning Post,

where he shares his passion with the wine community in Asia.

Simon recently launched his own iPhone app titled, “Flavour Colours,” the world's first

Chinese food and wine pairing app, which was born out of his love of pairing different wines

with Chinese cuisine. Recognized as an international wine judge, Simon has been invited to

judge more than 70 wine competitions around the world, including, the B.A.V.I in Italy and

the Sydney Top 100 in Australia. Simon graduated from Regency and Roseworthy Colleges

in Australia in Hospitality Management and Wine Marketing. He speaks English, Cantonese

and Mandarin.

譚業明先生任中國區名酒部主管一職,負責拓展佳士得在大中華區的名酒拍賣業務,

並致力於與中國大陸地區客戶建立良好關係。譚先生與佳士得全球名酒部的團隊緊

密合作,為大中華區的業務發展制定戰略。

為推廣亞洲酒業的發展,譚先生在香港及上海兩地創辦了「獨立葡萄酒中心」以及

「大中華地區葡萄酒評家協會」。這兩家機構均在大中華區致力推廣葡萄酒,以促

進整個地區葡萄酒行業的高標準及整體性。此外,譚先生還協辦了被譽為泛亞洲最

大型的美酒比賽的「國泰航空香港國際美酒品評大獎」。同時,譚先生亦是活躍的

專欄作家及演講者,他經常為國際媒體撰文,並在全球主要的洋酒展覽會進行演講,

如 VINEXPO國際葡萄酒及烈酒展覽會及倫敦國際葡萄酒博覽會。作爲《南華早

報》的專欄作家,譚先生亦透過寫作將自己對名酒的熱情與亞洲美酒愛好者們一同

分享。

譚先生熱衷於將中國美食與葡萄酒融合,並於近期推出了全球首個有關中國美食與

葡萄酒配搭的 iPhone應用程式「Flavour Colours」。作為世界知名葡萄酒鑒賞家,

譚先生受邀成為全球七十餘個名酒大獎賽的裁判,其中包括意大利的葡萄酒品嘗大
