plane

yourselfandtheuniversenowvisibletoyouasreal. It

is this that constitutes thedifferencebetweenus. We

have entered into a larger consciousness of God,

whereas

you

are

content

with

the

shadows

of

things.

Just thinkhowallyour finest thought seems tovanish

with the passing of greatminds from yourmidst, yet

this is not the case, as you will discover when you

awake to the knowledge of a life that everprogresses

from theunreal to the true. When this consciousness

permeatesthewholehumanrace,youwillbeliftedtoa

higherplane,

for

all

growth

is

simply

growth

into

alar

gerconsciousnessofGod.

5.Heavenisnotaplace,butaconsciousnessofGod.

Godcannotbethoughtofasapersonality,sinceGodis

all and in all. TheAbsolute is above andbeyond the

conceptionoffinitemind,yetinfinitelymeekandlowly,

fillingall

As

you

emerge

into

this

all

pervading

love, the true lifebecomesmanifest and is always the

answer to the deepest and highest aspirations of the

alllife,seenandunseen. Millionsonthematerialplane

permitted

to

come

to

you

at

some

cost,

only

believewhatwesay,andactuponit.

2.Wewanttohelpyoutoliveyourreallife. Begin

byobediencetothedictatesofthespiritwithinyourself;

itwill leadyou into truth. This isnoteasy,asman is

worship

God

through

Jesus

no other way,4 and there never has been, except in

name. OnetitleforGodisFather,anditisthebestwe

RAYERis

us

breathing

the

breath

of

life.

Itisthestrongestspiritualelementinallworlds.

I think we may now discuss the subject of

prayer asIseeyouhaveusedthispowerfulweaponto

someextentignorantly. Yousaytosomeoneintrouble:

You

know

your

wish

is

one

with

Gods

will,andyoudesire toblesswithyourwholebeing

but how do you send forth this Godenergy? The

prayer isoftensentwith the false ideaofgreatsepara

tion,toafaroffGod. Itisneverlost,butprayerofthis

kindentersintothevibrationsmostinaccordwithitself.

something

is

done

in

this

way,

the

per

tent. Remember,Jesus spoke to themaidalone,when

have

this

many

times. You cannot overestimate the value of true

awork

candoyourwork. Godhasbroughtyou to this time

andplace inorder tocarryoutperfect laws. Youmay

neverbeknowntotheworld,butyourworkshallstand

forever. Byyourown indwelling spiritual forcesyou

real

plane

7. GetUnderstanding

HEmore

we

know

of

God,

the

greater

becomes

our reverence and humility. The infinite and

eternal Wisdom has such exquisite order for

every createdbeing; thevery stones and rocks

aremarvelsofHisgoodness. Eventhedewdropobeys

a lawand fulfils theeternalpurpose. Asyouevolve,32

youdiscern

these

higher

laws

and

become

in

harmony

with them. It isoneofourmost interestingstudies to

discover thewonderful and perfect laws of living on

eachplane. Ifyoucouldsee thegreat interiorworlds,

youwould almostworship your fellowbeings. God

hasendowedyourichly. Youhavemademistakes,be

cause you have not known yourselves. The mighty

eternalloveisseekingexpressioneverywhere.

2.You ask: What is themost practicalmethod of

healing thebody? Ourgreat teacherJesusChrist al

waysmettheneedofthepeopleattheirexactdegreeof

unfoldment. Thus,somewouldneedtheclay,33orbath

helpin

whatsoever

condition

or

circumstance;

that

they

came toHimwas enough. This iswhere somany of

your healers fail: eitherbecause they offer something

you really help. Love35 perceives as neverman sees,

suggestingwith infinitevariety theexactmethod. We

areanxious

that

you

should

not

spoil

the

great

and

beautifulworkby following any knownmethod,but

alwaysbyfollowingyourownlovingspiritualinstinct,

takingnothoughtwhatyeshallsay. It36shallbegiven

youinthathour. Lovewithallyourheart,soul,mind,

and strength, andnothing is impossible toyou. Jesus

never

failed

to

understand

and

recognize

the

perfect

spiritual

body,

planeof spirit, itsuseswillbe finer, itsobedience im

the

that

sin,

but

not

the

end

of

its

re

sults the root iskilled and the riverof life flowson.

The suffering and results causedby sin canbe turned
