Dear Bishop:
We are grateful to God for your years of commitment
to the assignment God gave you to Bethel Gospel
Tabernacle.
Thank you for following through on the vision for
C.A.R.E. We have benefitted and been blessed to be
ministered to through the preaching and teaching of the
Word and other areas of your ministering to us.
Thank you for your sacrificial life, love and example.
We pray that our lives will be a testimony - that all you
have imparted will bear fruit to the glory of God.
May God continue to add many years to your life and
as your years, so shall your strength be . . .
In Jesus’ name.
Lovingly submitted,

Bishop, I just want to thank you for your years of service and teaching to the people of God. May God continue to bless and strengthen you as you continue to serve him.
Love Jennifer
Bishop, it is an honor and a privilege to be blessed by your ministry. I know the Lord has led me to Bethel under your leadership and it has caused me to develop spiritually in ways I could never imagine. I wish you the best in all of what God has for you in this next stage of ministry.
With Love Carla
Since the Lord led me to Bethel over 20 years ago, Bishop, it has been a pleasure being part of this ministry. There has never been a disappointing moment under your teaching. Week after week, I have learned so much, I have grown spiritually, and my walk has been strengthened. Thank you, Bishop.
Love Lynette
Bishop, I thank God for you being who you are in Christ. One thing you have said that I will always remember is "don't just listen to me; read the word for yourself!" Armed with this piece of wisdom, I have grown so much spiritually under your ministry. I never knew I could have this type of relationship with Christ, and that is due to what I have learned at Bethel. I thank God daily for being patient with me, and I thank God for you. May God continue to keep and bless you and your family.
Love Sharon
It is a blessing, especially in today's time, to be part of such a church as Bethel Gospel Tabernacle and to serve under a man of God filled with wisdom, compassion, love, and gentleness. I do not take your Shepherding lightly and am truly grateful for your leadership. The several messages and wisdom nuggets you have invested in me, I am sure will guide my steps for years to come. Thank you for your mentorship, your love, your support, and for being instrumental in my spiritual growth and development. One of my prayers is to walk in wisdom, integrity, and success to the extent I have witnessed in you. In anticipation of your transition, I look forward to what God has called you to and pray godspeed. Much love and continued prayers of victory.
Love Min. Shay
Bishop, you rock! It is not every day we meet men like you. You have been a blessing to my family and me. Additionally, you have given me the opportunity to serve, and for that I thank you. Brooklyn Care Ministry thanks you. You are a selfless individual. You teach, you love and reprove when necessary. You are a man of integrity and wisdom. You allow God to use you and you are not boastful and proud. As you enter this new phase in life and ministry, we pray that the Lord will continue to bless and keep you; make his face shine upon you and give you peace. Love you, Bishop.

Bishop,
God has used you to transform our lives, our families and our relationships. We are thankful that God has led each one of us to this ministry to be taught and enriched through the word of God. The establishment of Care groups has enabled us to unite as brothers and sisters forming closer relationships as we love and encourage one another as “iron sharpening iron”.
Thank you for the wisdom you pour into us by allowing God to use your openness, experiences in Christ, and Spirit-led teaching to propel us to new heights and depths. Not all pastors are so personable and reachable! We appreciate your love and concern for us.
We honor you and will continue to pray for you, Pastor Rod III, and your entire family during this transition to the next glorious season. “God will not forget your work and the love you have shown him as you have helped His people and continue to help them.” Hebrews 6:10

Greetings Bishop Caesar,
You are the quintessential example of the command “Follow me as
I follow Christ” and we are better people because of you. We want
you to know how grateful we are for your leadership, wisdom, and
support. You have lead us by example. We thank you for every
heartfelt message that was poured out of the Spirit and your

from your words of encouragement, exhortation, love and wisdom
delivered in the authority of Jesus Christ. We could never ask for a

To our Bishop, You are a true man of God, who is loving, wise and steadfast in all your ways. We glorify and thank God for you as we celebrate your Legacy. Thank you for your sound leadership and creating an environment and culture in which numerous ministries and opportunities to serve God can flourish. One such ministry is C.A.R.E., which allows us to study the Word of God through structured discussion in a genuine and safe environment. As we apply the Word to the many "vicissitudes of life", we are reminded that we are not alone in the Christian walk. In a season where many use the pulpit to "pontificate" on issues that do not edify the body of Christ, we are grateful for your stewardship and sound teaching of God's word. So Bishop, as you transition to a new level of ministry and service, we take this time to express our heartfelt appreciation and thankfulness for all you have done for us, our homes and our respective communities especially through C.A.R.E.
We pray for God's continued blessings upon you and your household.

Congratulations on a Life In Service to God!
Bishop, We thank you for being Bishop (the Man, the Pastor, the Friend) - and helping us deal with the vicissitudes of life. CARE has been an awesome experience for all of us as we learn to rightly divide the Word of God and apply it to our lives. Thank you for this opportunity for Godly fellowship and leadership development. We pray that God continues to bless you personally and in ministry as we transition to a new season in Bethel. Jamaica Estates Care Group
The Bereans Warriors (Jamaica Estates CARE) wake up daily to a new horizon and new hope because of God’s blessings. One of our major blessing is our Bishop Roderick Caesar, Jr. He has instilled in us hope to know that some good things will transpire and come to fruition as long as we have faith to believe that nothing is impossible with God
Bishop Caesar is a brave man; he never backs down from God’s written word. He is a man of dreams and vision, not only for himself and his family, but for all of us that God has given him to shepherd for the last 30 plus years. He pours out from his life, knowledge and information that is always beneficial to his flock and the community at large. His impact upon us enables us to impact others.
We are the Bethe-lite family, that God has divinely brought together take pleasure and comfort in knowing our Bishop loves us. He has a Pastor’s heart for he has done as Jesus has instructed Peter to do, when He asked Peter “lovest thou me…feed my sheep.” Day after day, after day, after days Bishop has fed us well balanced meals from the Word to give us the stamina to endure. We like to say he is our attorney, financial advisor, nutritionist, counsellor ……. He is “all that” to us. Praise God we are not malnourished.
Bishop Caesar is a man of valor, who has made significant deposits into our lives so that in this season of his life he is witnessing many of the souls he has poured into become steadfast workers in other parts of the and vineyard, working to build communities of God fearing and God loving souls.
To God be the glory!! We the Bereans Warriors solute, honor, bless, and love our Bishop, and it is our prayer
that God will continue to strengthen and protect him as he moves into the next phase of his kingdom work, and we say, long live the Bishop.
The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord
and he delights in his way. (Psalm 37:23)
This verse exemplifies the life of Bishop Caesar.
He is an extraordinary human being who loves the Lord
wholeheartedly.
As a pastor he leads his flock with
humility and Christ-like servitude,
a trait that is no longer popular
among pastors.
BUT, our Bishop is caring, yet tech
savvy - and a skilled negotiator.
God truly orders his steps in ministry and in life.
So it is with great pleasure that the
Laurelton Victorious Overcomers join the body of Bethel
to honor this great man of God.

Bishop Caesar,
We the members of In-Motion for Christ Care Group want
to express our heartfelt thanks to you and our appreciation for
your leadership in bringing this forum as an extension of
ministry to the body of Christ at BGTFI. Our group has been a
powerful gathering of prayer, study and intimate connection for
each of us.
We believe
God has brought
together a
unique and
diverse group of
individuals who
study His word,
share our hearts
in a genuine way and faithfully commit to pray for and

Spiritual Dad I attended your church after an invitation,
when I finally came it was a wonderful experience,
in fact amazing.
You spoke the word God had given,
but even more than that I could see you were living.
Living a life on purpose, encouraging others,
helping us to know we are worth it.
That our lives were meaningful because God created us.
More importantly as believers He lives in us.
You are a gentleman like Him, loving, humble,
and for Jesus always ready to work.
Trusting the call on your life,
even when challenged or hurt.
Your character speaks for itself,
a life well lived, and always a present help.
We look to you as you look to Christ,
and it helps us to be better,
which is really quite nice.
Please know that we watch, listen, read
and study God's word as you direct us.
We hear your voice as a reminder our Bishop.
Knowing to live beneath our means
and to always speak life.
Bishop Caesar who leads by example,
the example of Christ!
So thank you Bishop
for sharing your life,
and giving us all you have.
We love, respect, and appreciate you,
our Spiritual Dad.
