Christie’s new Wireless Presentation Portal (WPP) gives you the freedom to roam — while your display device offers the best view in the house.

The WPP includes a VGA to wireless adapter and a simplesoftware package that allows users the presentation freedom of wireless and increases ease of use. Presenters don’t have to be tied to their display device — so both the presenter and the display device can be optimally positioned for theperfect presentation.

A WiFi® to VGA Bridge

The Wireless Presentation Portal simply plugs in to theprojector’s VGA port. It’s easy to present using the WirelessPresentation Portal with any WiFi®-enabled computer.The WPP uses the computer’s existing wireless connection and the easy to use Presentation Portal Software Utility.Presenting on the big screen has never been so simple. TheWireless Presentation Portal Adapter is a WiFi to VGA bridgeand a wireless hub, allowing for multiple computers to offerpresentations without having to physically connect anddisconnect from the projector.

The ChristieNET Wireless Presentation Portal is an 802.11gcompliant product designed specifically for wired projectors/monitors. It connects to the existing VGA connector and offersan 802.11g bridge for compatibility with wireless “G” and “B”network/clients.

64/128 Bit WEP Encryption

We know that when it comes to wireless, security is key; that is why the ChristieNET Wireless Presentation Portal Adapteroffers 64/128 bit WEP encryption as specified by the 802.11gstandard. The ChristieNET WPP also includes additional featuressuch as the Custom Standby Static Image to allow for the display of information such as meeting agenda or acustom logo.
