Menu prices are per person. Christmas fayre Menu available from 28th November through to 7th January. 50% deposit for Xmas bookings and non-refundable within 72 hours if cancelled. The Christmas set menu may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount. Christmas Day Menu
Chef’s Homemade Tomato & Basil Soup (v) Homemade rich tomato & fresh basil soup, served with a roll & butter.
Melon and Midori (v) A mix of fresh melons soaked in Midori liquor
and fnished with an orange twist.
Smoked Stilton Mushrooms (v) Button mushrooms with smoked bacon in a sherry sauce,
topped with a Stilton crumb, served with brioche slices.
Prawn & Tuna Cocktail A combination of succulent prawns & faked tuna, topped with
lemon mayonnaise and served with brown bread & butter.
Traditional Roast Turkey Roast crown of turkey with all the traditional trimmings.
Citrus Salmon A poached salmon fllet smothered in our homemade
fresh zingy citrus & white wine sauce.
“Santa’s Grotto” Peppered Steak Strips of steak with onions & mushrooms with pink peppercorns,
brandy & cream sauce served in a puff pastry “grotto”.
Stuffed Roast Peppers (v) A roast pepper stuffed with our own lightly spiced rice mix,
topped and fnished with Mozzarella cheese.
All main courses are served with roast & new potatoes
and seasonal vegetables
Christmas Pudding An individual Christmas pudding served with a choice of custard,
brandy sauce or cinnamon ice cream.
Brandy Snap & Berries Basket A brandy snap basket flled with mixed berries, set on a
strawberry & rhubarb coulis and served with vanilla ice cream.
Raspberry & White Chocolate Roulade A soft meringue roulade flled and rolled with cream, raspberries,
white chocolate and Prosecco served with raspberry sauce.
Chocolate Torte (GF) A rich gluten free chocolate torte served with vanilla ice cream.

in a cream cheese, served with a small garnish and
brown bread & butter.
Ham and Mushroom Arancini Balls Chopped Parma ham and feld mushrooms blended with Arrabiata
rice, bread crumbed and deep fried, served with a sweet chilli sauce.
Wild Boar Pâté and Red Onion Marmalade A coarse pâté made from fresh marinated wild boar,
rich red wine & exotic spices, served with a sweet red onion
marmalade and warm toast.
Traditional Roast Turkey Christmas Dinner Roast crown of turkey served with all the traditional trimmings.
Roast Sirloin of Beef Roast sirloin of beef served with Yorkshire pudding
and horseradish relish.
Sole & Salmon Paupiette A lemon sole fllet flled & rolled with a fresh salmon mousse
served with prawn & Champagne sauce.
Mushroom, Cranberry & Brie Wellington (v) A mix of mushrooms, hazelnuts, cranberries, spinach & herbs,
topped with creamy Brie and wrapped in a puff pastry case.

chocolate sponge, topped with caramel shortbread.
Luxury Strawberry Cheesecake (GF) A gluten free biscuit base with luxury creamy cheesecake
topped with glazed strawberries.
