We invite you to enjoy an evening of style and sophistication at our Winter Wonderland themed Christmas Ball.
The impressive, modern Auditorium, normally the heart of art and performance in Bury St Edmunds, will be transformed with a magical Winter Wonderland Christmas theme.

On arrival you will be greeted with a celebratory cocktail to
get your evening started… Dress to impress as our resident
photographer will be taking festive photos of you and your
guests in your finest attire!
Enter into the sparkling Winter Wonderland Auditorium, and enjoy the beautiful transformation; magical decorations, twinkling lights and tables artistically dressed to reflect this year’s stunning theme.
A delicious three course festive Christmas meal will be served by our outstanding hospitality team, who insist on only the finest seasonal, fresh ingredients. After dinner, dance the night away to the music provided by our resident live band. Let the party commence!
Bookings are required for multiple tables of 10 guests. Please note that we can hire larger tables for 12 guests at an additional cost.

A non-refundable £15.00 per person deposit is required to secure every booking. Once any payment is received no refunds or special discounts will be given.
All payments are non-transferable to other events and cannot be used to pay for beverages at the event.
Please note that you will be fully charged for the number of guests indicated on the signed booking form.
Final balance payments are due no later than one month prior to the event date and no refunds will be given after this date. Any bookings made after 21st of November are not eligible for deposit payment and must be paid in full.
Any bookings/spaces cancelled one month prior to the event date will be eligible for the full payment.
Please be prepared to provide proof of age with valid and current identification. This can be either a UK photo card driver’s licence or passport. The team at The Apex and security contractors reserve the right to conduct ID checks at any time.
All pre-orders must be returned at least one month prior to the event with any special dietary
requirements. Any final changes must be submitted at least one week prior to the event. The provided form must be filled in digitally as no other documents will be accepted (i.e. PDFs, hand written, pictures etc.)
Any damages to property of The Apex will be charged back to the party organiser who, by confirming a booking, accepts liability for any damages caused by their party.
No food or drink can be brought onto the premises. Random searches will be carried out on entry. Anyone found bringing such items to the event will have the items confiscated and may be refused entry. In this situation, no refunds will be given.
Beverages are not permitted to leave the premises and must be consumed during the event.
In the event of offensive/abusive language or behaviour, staff reserve the right to refuse service or request ejection of the offender from the premises. In this situation, no refunds will be given.
The Apex does not take responsibility for any items lost or damaged during the event.
Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted into our shared party nights.
