WHO WE ARE… CHROMATIC are a modern, high-‐quality party and function band, based in the UK. Formed from a collective of talented professional musicians who have previously worked together on an array of successful projects, CHROMATIC is a collaboration of performers with a great personal attitude and a stunning level of musicianship to match. CHROMATIC pride themselves on being a band that not only delivers, but exceeds your expectations. We guarantee to create an upbeat and exciting atmosphere at any party, wedding, function or corporate event and to have you dancing all night long!

WHY BOOK US? CHROMATIC are the only band you need for an all-‐day event, able to provide music for every scenario. This means that:
• You will save money by avoiding the need to hire a DJ or second group of musicians
• You can enjoy your own evening without worrying about the logistics of the event
• There is a reduced risk of disruption from more than one set of equipment being used
• We are responsible for all of the event's musical entertainment
WHAT YOU GET…
OUR PRICES INCLUDE…
• 2 vocalists, guitarist, bassist, drummer, and professionally produced backing track
• Two hours of live music, performed as you would like; either 2 x 60 min or 3 x 40 min sets
• Professional sound and lighting equipment and technician • Public Liability Insurance (legal requirement) • PAT certification for all equipment (legal requirement) • Back up equipment and professional dep musicians in case of
illness
• The option for us to provide a customised playlist when we are not performing. This removes the requirement for a DJ
• The option to provide your own music for some or all of the evening, which we'd be happy to put through our sound system
• The option for the band to perform 30 second clips or sound bites to use as walk-‐on music for corporate award ceremonies

FAQ
How long do you play for? Chromatic play for either 2 X 1 hour or 3 X 40 minute sets.
Do you play music during breaks? Yes, we can provide music during breaks keeping with the theme of the event. Likewise we are also happy to play any pre prepared playlists that you have through our sound system.
Do you have your own PA and lighting rig? Yes we have our own PA and lighting rig as well as a technician. Are you insured? Yes, all of our equipment is PAT tested and we are fully covered with public liability insurance. Do you do requests? No, our performance is a set show arranged and tailored to our professionally produced backing tracks. We are constantly updating our show throughout the year to keep up with current hits. If there is a certain song you would like to be played at your event -‐for example a first dance -‐ we will happily include it on our DJ playlist. What do we need to supply? We will require a space of at least 6m X 4m, as well as ample power supplies. We would be happy to play outside, however, we would require sufficient cover from the elements. How long does it take for you to set up? We allow ourselves 2 hours to set up for an event, from the moment we load in, to the end of the sound check. How far do you travel? We are happy to travel anywhere either in the UK or internationally.

Upon contacting us you will receive an enquiry form with some questions to answer regarding your event and the venue. Once this has been completed we will answer any further questions that you may have, before providing you with a written agreement for the booking.
