    Ta to ra cu hnh thit b cho PLC bng cch thm mt CPU v cc module b sung

    3.1. Chn mt CPU.

    Ngi dng to ra cu hnh cho thit b bng cch chn mt CPU vo n.

    Vic la chn CPU t hp thoi Add new device s to ra thanh (rack) v CPU.

    Sau khi ngi dng la chn CPU t hp thoi trc tuyn, STEP 7 Basic ti ln

    cu hnh phn cng t CPU, bao gm bt k module no (SM, SB hay CM). Ngi

    3.3. Cu hnh s hot ng ca CPU.

    3.4. Thm cc module vo cu hnh.

    S dng danh mc phn cng thm cc module vo CPU. C 3 kiu module:

    Cc module tn hiu (SM): cung cp cc im I/O b sung kiu s hay kiu

    tng t. Cc module ny c kt ni bn phi CPU.

    Bng tn hiu (SB): cung cp ch mt vi im I/O b sung cho CPU. SB c

    lp t mt trc ca CPU.

    Cc module truyn thng (CM): cung cp mt cng truyn thng b sung

    (RS232 hay RS485) cho CPU. Cc module ny c kt ni bn tri CPU.

    3.5. Cu hnh cc thng s ca cc module.

    ng vo v ng ra ca module.

    Vic cu hnh mt module truyn thng (CM)

    Cu hnh cng: cu hnh cc thng s truyn thng, nh tc baud, tnh chn

    l, cc bit d liu, cc bit dng, iu khin dng, cc k t XON v XOFF, v

    thi gian ch.

    Cu hnh thng ip truyn pht: khi ng v cu hnh cc ty chn c lin

    quan n truyn pht.

    Cu hnh thng ip thu nhn: khi ng v cu hnh cc thng s khi u

    thng ip v kt thc thng ip.

    Cc thng s cu hnh ny c th c thay i bi chng trnh.

    3.6. To ra mt kt ni mng.

    Ngi dng s dng Network view trong Device Configuration to ra cc

    kt ni mng gia cc thit b trong n. Sau khi to ra kt ni mng, s dng th

    Properties ca ca s kim tra cu hnh cc thng s ca mng.

    3.7. Cu hnh mt a ch IP trong n.

    Vic cu hnh giao din PROFINET

    Sau khi cu hnh CPU trn thanh , ngi dng c th cu hnh cc thng s

    cho giao din PROFINET. lm iu ny, nhp vo hp PROFINET mu xanh l

    Vic cu hnh a ch IP

    a ch Ethernet (MAC): trong mt mng PROFINET, mi thit b c gn

    mt a ch MAC (Media Access Control: iu khin truy xut truyn thng) bi nh

    sn xut nhm nhn dng. Mt a ch MAC bao gm 6 nhm gm 2 k ch s thp

    cho Network ID (loi mng ang s dng), v phn th hai l cho Host ID (n nht

    i vi mi thit b trn mng). Mt a ch IP di dng 192.168.x.y l mt k hiu

    tiu chun c nhn bit nh mt phn ca mng ring m khng c nh tuyn

    trn Internet.

    Mn chn mng con: mng con l mt s kt nhm theo logic gm cc thit b

    mng c kt ni. Cc im nt trn mt mng con c khuynh hng c nh v

    Network). Mt mn chn (ng vai tr l mn chn mng con hay mn chn mng) s

    cc b loi nh. iu ny c ngha l tt c cc a ch IP trn mng ny u c 3

    danh bng 8 bit cui cng. V d minh ha cho iu ny l gn mt mn chn mng

    con 255.255.255.0 v mt a ch IP nm t 192.168.2.0 n 182.169.2.255 n cc

    thit b trn mt mnh cc b loi nh.

    Ch kt ni gia cc mng con khc nhau l thng qua mt b nh tuyn. Nu

    cc mng con c s dng, mt b nh tuyn IP phi c dng.

    B nh tuyn IP: cc b nh tuyn l lin kt gia cc mng LAN. Vic s

    dng mt b nh tuyn, mt my tnh trong mng LAN c th gi i cc thng ip

    n bt k cc mng no khc m c th c cc mng LAN khc theo sau chng. Nu

    ch n ca d liu khng nm trong mng LAN, b nh tuyn s chuyn tip d

    liu n mt mng khc hay mt nhm cc mng m d liu c th c chuyn giao

    n.

    Cc b nh tuyn da vo cc a ch IP chuyn giao v thu nhn cc gi d

    liu.
