Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy we faint not. 2 Corinthians 4:1

I thank God for His mercy in putting me in the ministry and reminding me from whom I have recieved it. For this reason I work dilligently, not allowing discouragement to cause me to faint in my labor for my Lord, whom I serve.

Greetings beloved believers in the Lord

Our work at “VEN-ID” Baptist Church has grown.

Service and strengthening

We continue serving with and training the Sunday School teachers. We are seeking to equip them to train the saints and to have good discernment and sound doctrine that will allow them to lead believers to spiritual maturity.

It is a joy to participate in the teaching of new believers. Every Sunday afternoon, a group of young people join in a discipleship study that teaches them how a true son of God should live.

We praise the Lord for the lives united in marriage. Brother Eugenio and his now-wife Elena were married, and their prayer is to be used in a mission work in the city of Tacna.

The church

Following three months of prayer, the church formally asked me to remain with them for a few more years to help them in the work of the ministry. After a time in prayer with my family, we accepted this new challenge, but with the vision that the church assist us in the planting of another work.

The first week of June, the church celebrated its tenth anniversary, and we were joined by Pastor Juan Valderrama from Hope Baptist Church in Trujillo. Hope Baptist supports our ministry here in Cuzco. Thank you brothers and sisters in Christ for joining with us in the work of our God.

May our good and merciful God continue to blessing your lives and ministries. To Him be the glory and all majesty.
