Dart Blue Dart had bought SalesLogix
and was implemented successfully. They wanted to have a leads modules for their 4000 employees as all of them were allowed to log in leads with incentives
SalesLogix Leads modules for such a high user base was not a cost effective solution for them
We built a leads module outside SalesLogix and completely integrated with SalesLogix.
The project was done in 3 weeks with 1/10th the cost compared to the leads module
CASE STUDY 2 Travel company Sage CRM was implemented by us They have a channel partner base
of around 5000 agents. They wanted to facilitate and track leads from them
Giving a Sage CRM user licenses posed 2 challenges – Firstly the cost and secondly training. Since the number of agents are large they could not afford to have a system in which you would require training
So we were assigned to build a add on module which would be cost effective and easy to use
One of the key objectives was to build the system like a portal (yahoo, msn) as you do not require training to use the portal and the same principal was to be applied while designing the module
