will give you your essential cover or all inpatient,

daypatient and accommodation costs as well as

cover or cancer, maternity and psychiatric care.

You add any benets you need to create a plan thats

perectly tailored or your situation. The benets are

explained briefy below (you can read more about

each rom page 12 onwards):

International Medical Insurance Plus additional

and more extensive outpatient cover that protects

you or any treatments that dont require a hospital

stay.

International Emergency Evacuation cover or

transport and repatriation costs or you and a amily

International Health and Wellbeing allows you

to manage your health in your own way with cover

To make your plan as fexible as possible, you can next

decide how youd like to pay monthly, quarterly or

choose to apply deductibles. A deductible is a portion

o a claim or claims that is not covered by your plan.

So, or example i you choose a deductible o 100 or

International Medical Insurance Plus, youll need to pay

only have to pay this once during any period o cover

removing the need or paper questionnaires, postage

Internal prosthetic devices/surgical and medical a ppliancesWe will pay or:

Psychiatric careWe will pay or:

treatment o mental health conditions and disorders. addiction treatment.

Whether the beneficiary is staying in a hospital overnight orreceiving treatment as a daypatient or outpatient.

A combined maximum total o 90 days cover is available in theperiod of cover, including up to 30 days oinpatient treatment.For daypatient and outpatient treatment, each visit will countas one day.

An overall 5 year total limit o 180 days cover will apply,o which a maximum o 60 days can be used or inpatienttreatment.

Cancer TreatmentWe will pay or active and evidence-based treatmentreceived or, or related to cancer, including chemotherapy,radiotherapy, oncology, diagnostic tests and drugs whetherthe beneficiary is staying in a hospital overnight or receivingtreatment as a daypatient or outpatient.

Homebirths

Newborn careI at least one parent has been covered by the policy ora continuous period o 10 months or more prior to thenewborns birth.

We will not require inormation about the newborns healthor a medical examination i an application is received byus to add the newborn to the policy within 30 days o thenewborns date o bir th. I an application is received ater

30 days o the newborns date o bir th, the newborn willbe subject to medical underwriting and we will require thecompletion o a medical health questionnaire whereby wemay apply special restrictions or exclusions.

Congenital conditionsWhere treatment is provided on an inpatient or daypatientbasis and the congenital condition maniested itsel beorethe beneficiarys 18th birthday.

I neither parent has been covered by the policy or acontinuous period o 10 months or more prior to thenewborns birth and an application is received by us to addthe newborn to the policy as a beneficiary.

The newborn will be subject to medical underwritingand we will require the completion o a medical healthquestionnaire. Cover or the newborn will be subject tomedical underwriting whereby we may apply specialrestrictions or exclusions.
