CIMP | Premio Città di Pesaro SECTIONS AND CATEGORIES, PROGRAM, REGISTRATION FEE The Premio Città di Pesaro is divided into 6 sections divided into categories. The competition takes place with a free program; the pieces presented may be of any author as long as they are published with the exception of the category of Camera and Popular Music where songs may also be arranged or transcribed. PRIZES and SCHOLARSHIPS

Premio Città di Pesaro XVII edition: the Prize will be designated during the Gala Concert to be held at the Teatro Rossini on May 13th at 9.00 pm among the absolute winners of each category. The Winner will receive an Artwork and Prize Concert with a scholarship of € 1,000.00

The Absolute First Prize in each category will be awarded to the competitor who will get the highest score

INSTRUMENTATION SUPPLIED

The organization makes available to Schools:50 music stands,a half-tailed piano,a digital piano, service to amplify the voice and instruments.The Ensemble of Chamber Music, the Orchestras, the choirsand the CompaniesMust perform acustically (without amplification) The Bandsand the mixed showsand/or theatercan be amplified on request. (It is mandatory to forward the detailed technical sheet together with the application).

CIMP | Rossini InternationalSECTIONS AND CATEGORIES, PROGRAM, REGISTRATION FEE

The Rossini International is dedicated to those who perform Rossini, original, unpublished or transcribed and is divided into a single section.

Instrumentalists, singers, chamber groups, popular musicians and artists up to 35 years of age who have already received an award at an international competition are admitted (a copy of the diploma must be attached) or competitors selected by the CIMP Commission among the participants of the City of Pesaro 2020, at the School Prize 2020, at the "BRINGyourROSSINI" 2020 Online Contest or at the International Auditions (see website http://concorsopesaro.altervista.org/international-auditions-cimp-2020/).

The program must necessarily include an original, unpublished or transcribed Rossini piece of any musical genre from classical to improvisation. A fee of € 100 is provided for each competitor or participating group. Competitors selected by the Jury from the participants of the Città di Pesaro Contest and the "BRINGyourROSSINI" 2020 Online Contest do not have to pay the fee.

The organization of the competition provides an accompanying pianist, however it is permissible to provide for a personal pianist. In this regard, the competitor must send together with the application form the certificate of payment of an additional fee of € 30. The secretariat reserves the right to request copies of bound scores if the need arises.

PRIZES and SCHOLARSHIPS

Rossini International Award artistic work "Heart" by Vittorio Livi of FIAM Italia in recognition of the young talent as Artist of tomorrow. The Winner of the Rossini International Award will receive the Diploma, a scholarship of € 1,000.00 and Award Concerts offered by the CIMP partners.

Rossini Young to a young Rossini International finalist. The Scholarship is established by Paolo and Loretta Bocconcelli to help promote the genius of Rossini in schools around the world. The winner will receive the Diploma and a scholarship of € 500.00.

CIMP | BRING YOUR ROSSINISECTIONS AND CATEGORIES, PROGRAM, REGISTRATION FEE

The Bring your Rossini Competition is open to students of schools of all levels and to young artists from all over the world. It takes place in a single section and is divided into 7 categories:

Category A Primary schoolsCategory B Lower secondary schoolsCategory C Musical secondary schoolsCategory D Secondary schoolsCategory E Musical and choreographic high schoolsCategory F Music conservatoriesCategory G Young artists of the world

To participate, you must submit a video of a maximum duration of 5 minutes, shot between 1 September 2019 and 25 April 2020. Schools, musicians and artists who are under 30 years of age can participate. Each participant or group / school can present only one video.The video must include a creative message dedicated to Rossini. The theme is bound: "Gioachino Rossini for me is ...". Participants will have to present their idea of Rossini in a few minutes using freely the content they want. The free artistic form can include any creative message (music, opera, film, mime, dance, cartoons, figurative arts, cooking, ...).

The videos must be sent exclusively in file format (.mov / .mpg2 / .mpg4 / h264), through online transfer services such as WeTranfer, Mega or sharing such as DropBox and Google Drive. It is not possible to return any copies of videos sent.The registered works will all be published on the youtube channel of the CIMP International Music Competition "City of Pesaro", on the dedicated facebook page # BRINGyourROSSINI2020.L'iscrizione al contest prevede una quota di partecipazione di 10€.

CONTEST PHASES, VIDEO LOADING AND POPULAR VOTE

AWARDS and SCHOLARSHIPS

Bring your Rossini XVII edition will be assigned to the School or to the competitor who will obtain the highest score of the Jury taking into account the greater number of Likes of the popular jury. The Winner will receive an Artistic Residence in the City of Pesaro (3 days free accommodation for two people during the CIMP 2021).

For each category I will be awarded an absolute prize. The LIKES obtained on the video published by the organization will be calculated for the merit ranking for the identification of artistic residences within the city of Pesaro in the year 2021.

CIMP | ROSSINIMANIASECTIONS AND CATEGORIES, PROGRAM, REGISTRATION FEE

The competition is open to students of schools of all levels and to young artists from all over the world. It takes place in a single section. Each participant or group / school can submit only one project.

To participate you must present an artistic project (accessories, crafts, artistic objects, etc.) that are dedicated to enhancing creativity. Schools and artists who are under 30 can participate.

All projects must be original, unpublished and feasible. The proposals that favor the promotion of the Rossini genius will be preferred. Enrollment in the Ideas Competition foresees a participation fee of 10 €. The papers must be sent via WeTranfer to the email [email protected], by hand or by mail to the Secretariat of the 17th International Music Competition "Città di Pesaro", via Virgilio, n.5 - 61121 Pesaro (PU) - Italy within Saturday 18 April 2020 the postmark or the receipt of the online form will prevail.

AWARDS and SCHOLARSHIPS

RossiniMania XVII edition will be awarded to the school or to the competitor who obtains the highest score. The projects reported by the Jury will be displayed in a dedicated Exhibition within the City of Pesaro 2020 Competition and reported to local companies for the creation of a prototype to launch new products capable of enhancing Pesaro as a UNESCO Creative City of Music and the genius of Rossini.
