Outsourcing branchen växer fortfarande men börjar komma
dagens IT användare vill konsumera sina IT-
tjänster. Den största drivkraften bakom detta är
den demografiska förändringen som sker på
arbetsmarknaden där 90-talisterna börjar
komma in på arbetsmarknaden.
processen.
gynnar all i värdekedjan.

Remote Infrastructure Management isn't new or unique. What is new and unique about Unisys c-RIM is that by unifying event monitoring and coordinating service response across your organization's entire IT estate.
c-RIM―sees‖ most problems as they arise, usually before an end user has a chance to file a complaint, this drastically reduce the volume of individual service complaints.
Today 50 to 75% of IT budgets are spent on fixing service problems
Unisys transform the break-fix model to a proactive one, freeing 25-35% of you IT budget for the delivery of new or improved services.
