We kindly ask that you keep your accounts up-to-date, disconnections are currently done on customers owing two months or more. We are considering changing our disconnection timeframe from sixty (60) days to forty-five (45) days, as we are trying to expand our digital cable system and improve this service. This cannot be done however as we are not receiving customer payments in a timely manner, we remind you that when billed we are paying for your service with our providers and until you pay your billing(s), our ability to improve and upgrade the system suffers. For example, the idea of adding internet service to our cable package was discussed, but at this time, it is a risky venture as it would increase the liability of our subscription costs monthly and if payments continue to be made late and accounts not kept up-to-date, it is a risk we cannot afford to make at this time. We will be handing out a short questionnaire in the future on your thoughts and whether you are committed along with us with adding internet service to our cable system as part of our considered upgrades. We continue to be committed to hosting annual community events for Beauval, we are currently hosting a Walleye Fish Derby (Sept. 3rd), a $20,000 TV/Radio Bingo (Sept. 2nd), a Youth Fish Derby (which we are considering changing to a Family Derby in Summer 2017), a Poker Rally (Spring 2017), and with the construction of the New Hall in Beauval adjacent to the Village Office, we are looking at the possibility of hosting on-location events at the hall that can be broadcast on our community scroll channel and radio. CIPI continues to strive to provide reliable, effective, modern and integrated communication services for Beauval and area. CIPI is committed to providing value to its customers by offering high quality communication services, continually improving customer care, and unwavering commitment of its employees.
