Circular and sustainable food production
Why?
Because by now we know this!Substantial population growth means that we must increase food production to double. But we have to get smarter.
Increased immigration to the cities entails social and urban stress. We must move production closer to cities and minimize transportation.
Increased demand for food means increased stress on our supply systems and our environment. We must create sustainable production systems.
Increased demand for fish and meat puts strain on an already depleted fish stock and over-consumption of agricultural land. We must produce in circular intensive systems.
Increased need for clean water entails requirements for planning, economy and restraint of our water resources. We must reuse and conserve water resources.
Our modern lifestyle is that we create huge anthropogenic garbage dumps. We must learn to take advantage of everything in a cycle.
More powerful weather changes disrupt existing agriculture and consume water resources. Production in-house ensures control.
If the environmental aspects are not enough, maybe cash is!

Hybrid cooling chain, 2013Sustainable, circular and mutualisticproduction builds e.g. on the relationshipbetween the ability of fish and plants to drawbenefit from each other's residual flows.
Cycle:• Residual heated water from the industry• Manufacturing of fertilizers• On shore fish farm, species that live in warmer water• Greenhouse operation• On shore fish farm, species that live in colder water• Finally, the cooled water is led back to Industry
Nutrients are extracted and processed and purified between fish and greenhouses.
We belive in taking use of residuals, onshore fish farms and indoor farming in circular Food parks
