NOTE 2: Further, if any Officials believe that there is a conflict of Interest concerning the appointment, please contact the Events Team on the details shown below. NOTE 3: Any Officials not appointed to these Championships will be placed into the Officials Pool and may be called upon to fulfil a role in the case of a withdrawal of an Official.
