invite you to a 2nd Breakfast Forum on Building Trust in the New Communication Landscape Managing Your Relationships and Reputation in the Digital Space 28 May 2014 |9AM - 11AM | Molave-Narra Function Rooms | Dusit Thani Manila Tariff: Php 2,200 - ECCP Members | Php 2,500 - Non ECCP Members Trust is volatile. Now more than ever, brand communications need to cut across all media platforms in order to make an effective and lasting impact on stakeholders and voters. Being visible and accessible is the way to stay in control, build trust and strengthen reputation. With new media emerging, government and private sector leaders now have the opportunity to create and distribute their own content through various platforms. Communication models have changed and information does not necessarily have to come from one source anymore. Every organization – in government and in the private sector - has now become a media company. Join us as we discuss new models in communication with EON’s AVP for Business Development and Strategic Planning, Malyn Molina. Malyn will take us through EON’s Philippine Trust Index and Edelman’s Trust Barometer to discuss the latest trust levels and trust drivers and how best to use transmedia communications to your company’s advantage. To validate Malyn’s presentation Richard Eldridge, Co- Founder and COO of Lenddo will present a case study of how one of the World Economic Forum’s top New Technology Pioneers built its business using New Media to disrupt the financial services sector. Examples will include the use of new media in developing a scalable, customer service and PR. As a new strategy, we will bring government CEOs and private sector CEOs into one session. We see common ground between CEOs of government and the private sector in the following: Trust barometer Reputation is what we did yesterday; Trust is the expectation of stakeholders New Media is changing the way we manage the expectations of our stakeholders Every organization / department / division is becoming a media company; the chief executive officer is becoming a chief enabling officer How do we manage the new bottom up approach; what is needed in perception management within the framework of new media? Trust is volatile.

To validate Malyn’s presentation Richard Eldridge, Co-Founder and COO of Lenddo will present a case study of how one of the World Economic Forum’s top New Technology Pioneers built its business using New Media to disrupt the financial services sector.

Examples will include the use of new media in developing a scalable, customer service and PR.As a new strategy, we will bring government CEOs and private sector CEOs into one session. We see common ground between CEOs of government and the private sector in the following:
